Limpieza de las piscinas y poca amabilidad del personal, no están pendientes de las necedades de los huéspedes.

Poor attitude and boring. They have no attractive events for guests, the facilities are rundown, and the staff has a bad attitude. It's not a place I would recommend to a tourist looking for family fun.

La propiedad en sí está súper bien ubicada y tiene una vista estupenda , el hotel no es feo pero realmente está muy descuidado le falta una pintadita , cuidado en general no tienen ni empleados la basura en la Playa eso es lo peor no se si es culpa de la gente en sí o del hotel que no tiene ni basureros ni nadie que se encargue de cuidar algo tan bonito como la Naturaleza la verdad que por el Precio que se paga deja mucho que desear las habitaciones se ve que la limpieza es muy básica las cortinas tenían como sangre

The ac was really noisy, the room smelled moldy and the buildings around the beach were really unkept, the service and the breakfast buffet was great, the pool area was good and the staff serving was really attentive

Everything was great! Only complaint was poor drink options at the bar. We did go on a Monday so maybe that was a reason

This resort is a great place to enjoy quality time with family. However, it could benefit from offering more entertainment and fun activities for all age groups. Honduras is a beautiful country, and the resort has a great opportunity to highlight its rich culture and traditions. Incorporating cultural experiences such as Punta dancing and historical storytelling would greatly enhance the experience for visitors and help promote local heritage. The food quality could also be improved, with a greater variety of dishes to suit different tastes. Additionally, the pricing seems quite high—charging L489 for a basic breakfast feels excessive, especially when similar meals can be found for around L200 elsewhere. Overall, while the country and location are beautiful, the resort needs further development and better promotion to truly shine and attract more international visitors.

Overall ok. Nice beach. Food ok. Installation could be better maintained.
