マジェスティック 7 ゲスト ハウス (美雅旅館)

部屋の清掃も行き届いており、立地も大変便利なところにあります。少々入り口を探すのに迷うかもしれませんが、滞在中は特に不便なく、すぐ近くにコンビニもあります。

ヘアドライヤーが部屋になく、他の部屋の人から借りました。 電気ケトルは置いてあるけれどもマグカップ等は置いてなかったので、あまり使いませんでした。 部屋の床に小さい蟻がちょこちょこと時折いるのが気になりましたが、安さを考えれば仕方ないかな、と思えました。シャワーとトイレは近くにあり、もれなくトイレが濡れます。泊まる方はビニール袋等で濡れないよう工夫をされた方がいいと思います。 分かりづらいところにありますが、周辺のお店に聞けばなんとかなります笑

TVの電源がつきませんでした

尖沙咀駅から近くのビルの7階、ドアの横のピンポンを押せばオーナーが別の部屋から出てきてくれる、カードキーの使い方を簡単に説明されて部屋を案内される、部屋はなんとかなる広さはあり、シャワースペースも充分あって問題はない。冷蔵庫とシャンプーは無いけど、場所も良くてこの値段ならまた利用したいと思えるホテルだった。

九龍半島の尖沙咀駅から徒歩1分、Nathan道添いにある金鑾大厘ビルの7階にあるホテル。Nathan道を挟んで斜め前にイスラム寺院（清真寺）があります。入口は、HSBCの支店が入った隣のビルとの間に面しています。小規模なホテルで、全8室ほどが１まとまりになっているため、セキュリティ面で安心感がありました。やや古びた印象ですが、部屋に比べて浴室が広めで、体を洗うには十分なスペースがあり、清潔です。廊下や客室の壁にかわいらしい絵の切り貼りがあり、心がなごみます。寝るだけなら必要十分な設備で、宿泊費を考えると満足感があり、旅慣れた方にはお勧めです。

Es pequeño pero acogedor, es un edificio de viviendas y el hospedaje se encuentra en el cuarto piso, sube directamente y encontrarás el lugar

Very good location, the entrance is quiet and private. The room is old but not a problem. In room hair dryer and AC adapter available. The common area has a shared refrigerator, free toothbrushes, earplugs and chopsticks. The bad side is weak Wi-Fi signal.

Cozy space. Stays a bit warmer than other similar rooms which is good in the cold season. Toilet seating is cramped. Shower is hot. Noise levels typical for HK.

in fact i did not stay at this hotels because my all flights was canceled due to the broke out war in our country , i can not say if it is terrible but i can say it is a poor treating for the guests . i asked them to cancel or issue a voucher for next trip !! no reply !! They know very well that i could not visit Hong Kong because of an out of hand reasons they should treat us better

템플 스트리트나 페리 선착장을 걸어서 다니기 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 꽤 있어서 위치는 좋은데 숙소가 많이 좁아서 넓은 숙소를 원하는 사람에게는 적합하지 않은 듯 가성비만 보고 간다면 추천할 만함

主要是地利位置不錯

Esta muy centrico, tiene una estacion de metro en la esquina, el muelle de victoria, muchos malls, restaurantes llegas a casi todo lo turistico caminando(si te gusta caminar) y el encargado una magnifica persona.

This hotel is very conveniently located. The single room I stayed is not very large, but rather clean. Only a couple minutes of walk to reach the subway entrance. There are lots of restaurants, shops and stores outside the hotel. Would stay there again in the future.

위치가 너무 좋아서 여행하기 좋았고 교통또한 편리하였습니다 단지 매일 청소는 없습니다

Great location, right next to the subway with lots of eating places around. Very convenient. Room is very small but clean with air condition, TV and wifi. When you shower you will get the whole tiny bathroom wet. Entry way is not on Nathan Rd but on the side street. Will stay there again.

I think the place is a good value for money. It is not easy to find a place that cheap. There are 2 English channels on TV. The rest are Cantonese. There are 4 power plugs, but one goes for the TV, and 2 are under a table between the two beds (in the twin room I am staying in), which may not be easy to access. If I do stay here again, I would want to bring an extension cord. They have free toothbrush and toothpaste, and shampoo and body soap. What a previous said about the toilet and the floor being wet is so true. It seems that it is hard for the water to dry off. The front desk is there for limited hours. I came in the afternoon, so I came at a time when there was somebody at the front desk, and have no problems. If I come to Hong Kong again, I would definitely stay here.

交通方便, 便宜, 免費上網

The guesthouse is located just off Nathan’s road and right across the street the metro. The room was clean. the single room is a tight fit, but the double is large enough for two people. There really isn’t a place to socialize with others so if you are a solo traveler and looking to meet people, then it may not be the best location. But overall a good deal and I recommend it because it’s so easy to get to other parts of the city!

위치가 좋고 직원분들도 꽤 친절함. 좀 조용하고 그럭저럭 지낼만 함ㅋ 다만 세면대가 너무 작음ㅠ 방 크기도 그럭저럭 적당함 아주 좋지도 아주 나쁘지도 않음ㅋ
