立地は最高なのですが、それでも価格的にはあり得ないくらいレベルの質です。 まぁ、今の為替レートと世界3位の人口密度を誇る香港の家賃の高さからすると仕方ないのかも知れませんが…

Would not recommend I only stayed one night and booked another hotel. The location is great but that’s about it. Low rent rooming house clean but not as advertised

Took a while to find as entrance actually on Shantung St off the corner of Sai YeungnChoi St, right next to the Sharetea. In the heart of Mongkok so very convenient. Was able to check in at 11pm by ringing the caretaker at the desk even though it says after hours check-in is not available. I speak Cantonese so he was very helpful & showed me everything, to my room and how to use everything. There were extra bathroom items at the desk. Place is tiny especially as expected for this price in HK, everything you need tho: self-contained private bath with shower over the toilet, hair dryer towels, small TV, chair, hangers etc but must temper expectations in terms of cleanliness & livability. I ran the aircon all night and the floor was wet from the precipitation, everything a bit damp and will get moldy after a couple of days, smelled of smoke all the time & more difficult to navigate usage of bathroom due to size etc I'm just one guy traveling by myself so it was ok and only stayed one night, prob wouldn't stay too much more.

We are serious delay. They are so nice to keeping our reservation until we arrived.

This hotel location at centre of Mongkok area Near with MTR station, supermarkets and restaurants Room very small for 2persons, and this is normal for HK area We arrived at afternoon and there is no hotel staff when check in We must call first and get the room key inside the small box with password Hotel staff will come in the morning around 9am till 3 or 4pm Toiletries, tissue can found inside the room And can get more at reception in the morning Checkout very easy, just leave inside the room

Good staffs and general cleanness. Issue is no shower holder and little bit noisy at night. Overall good accommodation.

Nobody at reception in 3 days we where staying this hotel. Not a options for those who needs somebody for help. But ok for those who can call and use chat app like WhatsApp. No cleaning everyday. Very old AC and therefore very loud. Very good location, like few minutes to metro station Mong Kok.

廁所漏水, 糞便味由廁渠散出 地點好價錢平. 但不要冀望其他.

服務親切和善有禮，價格吸引。但其他房間的住客不停吸煙，令人呼吸困難，這點需要改善。

佢網上寫住check時間係每晚9點前都有人响度幫你check in，當日7點去到其實係冇人响度，門口有張紙痴住叫你打一個mobile phine電話，由電話裡面嘅人指示你點樣做可以拎到key同其他細節，但係嗰晚有事要提早退房，我們再致電酒店職員，指示你將門匙放在門口膠盒就可以。但係所有出入的人也會看到有門匙放在裡面，感覺不太安全，建議可將門匙放回密碼盒內。

環境衛生還算可以的

酒店位置方便，房東態度友善，價錢亦令人滿意，但發現房間沒有沐浴用品，需要到附近便利店購買，廁所熱水爐很快沒熱水，床被size太細，只能給一個人蓋，蓋不了兩個人，希望酒店能改善相關問題。

I liked that it was basic and clean for the most part. Staff communicated via Expedia. Hard for late checkins or early checkouts since no one manning desk. But try to communicate that early with hotel. Great location

Good location near to Langham Place, Ladies Market in Mongkok. Good transport link to airport. Staff at Spin Hotel very welcoming especially to Mr Kwok and Auntie Fong.

Good location for shopping nice hotel will come back again

Make sure to ask for the door password if you happen to arrive after 9pm. If’s a self service kind of hotel. But location was excellent

I may not mind if I’m in backpacking mode. They try to make the place clean and modern but it’s more of a backpacker inn inside a rundown building.

還好 比較像無人看管理的旅館

Fantastic location but extremely small, can hardly open a luggage. Also seems to be a fire hazard as the fire escape is locked up. Fortunately the Spin Hotel is on the second level. It is one of several Budget hotels in this old building. Place is however very clean and the old man at reception is very friendly.
