I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time so I was fine to wait. But they told me it will be ready in 30 minutes and that I can wait at their lounge next door. They said they will come get me when the room is ready. I waited for 1.5 hours without ANY update from them. I had to carry my luggage and go back to the reception to ask what's happening and found out they were still not ready. It was way past the check-in time. They should've at least given me an update after 30 min if they are not going to be ready so I don't have to just sit there and wait wondering when it's going to be ready. Floor and the coffee table was so dusty. I had 1 y.o baby with me so I had to clean the floor myself. I used the washing machine and found many brown stains on my clothes which I could not remove. It clearly needs a maintenance. WIFI wasn't working - I checked and saw the LAN cable was broken. I told the reception about the washing machine and the WIFI next morning but they never got back to me about it so I don't know what they did. I stayed in W Hong Kong before I moved to this hotel because I needed a kitchen and washing machine. Compared to 5 star to this 4 star seemed like a significant gap. If I knew what to expect, I don't mind staying here again since it's quite convenient but you really need to keep your expectation low.

Excellent in all aspects. In particular, I was impressed by the kindness of the stuff. I want to stay at this hotel again. It will be one of my regular stays in Hng Kong. And because it is near MTR station and commercial facilities, it is in a very convenient location. It's also strong point.

出張で利用。ホテルというよりは自分の部屋のように過ごしたい人向きです。　香港に何度も来ていル人向きだと思います。　部屋はとても広く、本当に快適でした！　ロケーションも◎　また泊まりたいと思います。

Location is nice. Near the MTR

アップグレードでスイートになり、部屋の広さにびっくりしました。キッチン、食器、洗濯機も完備されており長期滞在には最高だと思います。

とても部屋が広く快適シンプルな内装で過ごしやすかった。長期間使用に是非使いたいと思う。近くに美味しいお粥の店が朝早くオープンしています。香港駅からシャトルバスH2で最初の所で降りて歩いて3ー4分とても便利だった。

上環のサービスアパートメント。 おしゃれなお店も老舗のお店も近くにあるので香港リピーターの方には特におすすめ！ レセプションも部屋の掃除の方も笑顔で親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。 アメニティーはロクシタンです。 The staffs are so kind and their smiles made me happy. They kept my suitcase before check-in and after check-out. It was really helpful for me. I'd like to stay here again!

The tub was perfect I was very happy with it and the main reason I booked this hotel. I was a little disappointed with the floor I was on, 8. I had mentioned this when I checked in but didn’t push it further. Maybe if you’re keen on a better view you could contact the hotel first or put in a request beforehand for a higher level. Other than that the staff was amazing, quite friendly and the room was always tidied up when I left for the afternoon. They also had laundry service but if you want to use that service you need to call it in before 10 am. There is also a washer/dryer in the room. I didn’t realize that until the night before I left. But great overall for the price and area.
