Alamat hotel tidak sesuai dg yang tertera dintraveloka, sampe cari ke cabang yang lain juga hotel tersebut tidak ada, capek bilak balik bawa koper kayak orang gila sampe berantem sama reception di gedung itu bilangnya ga ada hotel pandas di situ... di tlp ga di angkat2, setelah dua jam baru tlp di angkat, alamatnya baru di kasih tau lewat email. Liburan jadi ga mood blm, rencana mau jalan jalan di hari pertama jadi gagal keburu capek duluan.

This is my first time to Hong Kong trip . I’m so happy to stay with the good hotel everything is perfect and staff is very nice , So next time I ‘ll back to stay here Thank you a nice hotel for my vacation .

Jangan mau ambil hostel ini, bad information. Saya sudah ke gedungnya dan ternyata tidak ada sama sekali hostel ini, hotel penipu! Dan saya coba check-ontuk alamat hotel ini di situs online booking hotel lain ternyata alamat tidak sesuai dengan yang ada di sini. Saya tanya ke orang sekitar sana mereka pun bilang tidak ada hostel ini dan contact hotel juga tidak bisa dihubungi. Jangan mau menginap di sini ya.

Tidak memberikan info yang benar untuk tempat check-in.

1. Address shows on booking is not correct. No confirmation and direction send to me before check in date. when i arrived HK, i couldn't the hostel. We had to call them with our expensive roaming phone. So, the hostel sent me the new address which was another building around there. 2. You will need to use QR code to open the door. However, after that the door could not be locked. So, we did not lock the door for 3 days. 3.I sent the hostel email of where i can leave luggage on check out date. This email made them misunderstood that we will stay there for only 1 night. When we were back to the room at night on day 2, we found that pillow and blanket were gone and found a bag of medicine on the bed. We had to call the hostel again.

Untuk lokasi sangat luar biasa dekat dengan MRT, masjid, MCD, KFC, dekat dengan Victoria Harbour. Hanya saja kamarnya kecil sekali dan tempat tidurnya sangat kecil agak penuh dengan 2 orang.

Terletak di pusat Tsim Sha Tsui, hotel sebelahan dengan pintu masuk Subway/MTR, seberangan sama Mesjid Kowloon dan Kowloon Park, kemana mana dekat, kamar lumayan luas untuk ukuran Hongkong, untuk Check Inn lapor dulu di Resepsionis di lantai 3, bersih, privasi dan lengkap fasilitas , pemandangan jendela langsung ke Mesjid dan taman, toilet agak sempit tapi batas wajar, tempat tidur sangat nyaman, recommended sesuai harga

The service was bad.the location between the receptionist counter and the room was too far far away.

location is the best! near in tourist attractions and fast food.

Good location, room very small but quiet clean

It would be great if we have the hair dryer in our room, instead of going out to use the shared one. But overall the location is strategic. The staff is friendly

Kebersihan kurang, kamar bau, akses masuk bau.

Datang ke Hong Kong pada saat national day, harga hotel melambung tinggi, over booking, menyebabkan pilihan jatuh pada Panda's Hostel - Cozy. Ukuran kamar single, bersih, pelayanan baik, namun ukuran kamar sangat sempit dan membuat sesak dan sulit bernafas. Untung hanya satu malam.

Petugas jaga pintu masuk sangat tidak ramah dan tidak bisa bahasa inggris. Front office tidak 24 jam. Kamar mandi transparan sehingga yang mandi terlihat dr luar
