I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the place. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was very inviting. What really stood out to me, though, was the attentiveness and approachability of the owner and the staff. They were always just a message away and were more than happy to assist with any questions or requests. I was particularly grateful for their willingness to provide guidance on getting around the area, which made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable. One thing that truly surprised me was the exceptional level of service when I found myself in need of laundry services. Not only did the hotel offer this amenity, but they actually went above and beyond by offering to wash my clothes for free. This act of kindness truly warmed my heart and exemplified the genuine care and hospitality that the owner and staff have for their guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. The personal touch and generosity of the owner and staff make it a standout choice for accommodation, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Don't ever stay here! The staff asked me to come at 1pm, but I come 1.15pm but the room wasn't ready yet. I'm not sure they cleaned it, because there was a lot of rubbish on the floor. And the big issue is, I booked the room for 6 days, but the staff opened my door like everyday! Without knocking. So scary! I was there inside the room with underwear only. She said, she needed to check whether the room got guests or not. But it happened everyday! So stupid. She didn't even knock the door, just opened with another key. This is the most horrible hostel I ever stayed in. I'm not usually complaining about the chungking room, I can tolerate all. But this hostel was extremely crazy!

Benar-benar sangat jelek. Tidak pantas disebut guest house. Mirip tempat esek-esek. Hostel terletak di lantai 11 dan lantai 11 adalah pasar. Lift seperti loading dock. Tempat tidur dingin dan lembab, sprei kotor berwarna kuning. Kamar ukuran 2x2. Saat masuk pintu, kaki langsung menyentuh kasur. Tidak ada lemari, handuk kotor berubah warna dari putih ke abu-abu. Tidak ada sabun mandi. Ketel listrik dan kulkas di share bersama penghuni lain dan terletak di pintu masuk utama. Tidak ada receptionist. Gambar sangat menipu entah dicopy darimana. Saluran tv buram.

Never again!!! We arrived 2 am but we can't locate Swiss hotel in 13th floor. I went to 11th floor but no one answered our doorbell. After 30 mins, someone from New Guanzhou opened the door. At first, he did not know that we have reservation. He called someone on his phone then he gave us this room. The rest is history. Unhygienic and dirty on all corners.

Weren’t able to check in right away because we have to contact the owner first before checking in which it was a bit hard for us because we didn’t buy any local sim & then we had to go down again to the G/F to ask somebody to contact the number posted outside the door of Swiss Hostel. We were transferred to a different hostel but with the same owner according to the staff who attended us during our stay. Idk why we were being transferred to other hostel and I didn’t mind asking the staff because I was tired from our Macau trip to HK. So yeah, the new room was too small for two, has stains on the bed sheet, the air coming from the aircondition smells bad when you turn it on and the towels too. Bathroom is separated from the room.

Worst hotel ever! Dirty place, small and smelly room. The staff tried to open our room and he was not aware that one of our friends was inside the room. His alibi is to ge the towel? Please stay away from this hotel and I suggest traveloka should take this hotel out in the list

Location is perfect in Tsim sha tsui. Toilet light was broke, nobody change the new one. I told the staff already. One day later changed new light for us. In the room has bad smell and musty towel!!!! Unhospitalize staff (only one man)
