Location with wonderful view, great design, love a huge sink in the room ( not in the bathroom!) and fragrance throughout the hallway. Suggestion to have something other than hooks and bars in the bathroom for personal belongings especially near toilet area since the sink is outside the bathroom.

All was good, but the buffet breakfast and dinner were lesser than expected

The hotel was beautiful and I loved that it was by the pier. Enjoyed walking around the hotel and loved your pillows!

在結婚週年紀念去度假慶祝，入住房間有露台可望海景，翌日日出亦看到。 房間整體而言十分整潔，會考慮再次入住。

整體環境服務很好！但住的房間晚上至凌晨有很嘈雜聲音，令到整晚睡不到，有D失望！希望貴酒店可以檢查好房間才讓客人入住！期待下次有更好改善

要讚賞負責泳池的職員。 當我入住嘅第一天， 下晝游泳嘅時候 。連我自己跌咗個耳塞都唔知，但係職員好細心，咁啱我個耳塞浮咗去池邊。他執起咗， 然後他憑住我另一邊嘅耳塞， 親手畀返我👍👍 另外房間咖啡機 面頭 有塵埃， 我使用前 需要 自行沒去塵埃。 可以提提清潔房間的職員 ，在交房給客人前， 每次也需要清潔這個不顯眼的地方。 辛苦曬🙏

Location close to Sai Kung city, hotel sercise is good. Room is clean and comfortable

the staff there are nice and allow us to have early checkin! The room we booked is with a rooftop terrace, it became soaky after rain and need quite a few minutes walk from the lobby. However, everything is really fine and decent and the staff there are nice.

If free parking available, excursions to nearby islands, fun activities provided can improve your status

Really enjoyed my stay - my room was spacious, clean and a great sea view. Staff were friendly. Pool was amazing - wish they didnt use 'stadium bright lights' as too bright/harsh/cheap when wanting to enjoy sunset or evening swim/relaxation - softer lighting would make the evening pool experience all the more relaxing.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful - got me a few things fix proactively - reserved breakfast buffer for us, got our octopus validated for car park, etc Very very poor house keeping - our room was a suite with terrace and as soon as we checked in, we quickly realised the hand soap bottle was empty. What’s more - at night when we showered, we realised the shower gel bottle was empty too. I was “lucky” to have my family calling the help for me, what if this happens on solo traveller? Breakfast was nice with quite some variety of dishes to choose from. What a joke for the lady (not that polite and helpful gentleman in omelette station) in the egg station who was responsible for cooking individual eggs to slip two eggs to my husband s plate even what he asked for was one fried egg- as soon as he said no she took the eggs back and left loads of oil in his plate. What kind of services is that?
