6泊７日での滞在。滞在中タオルとシーツの交換は最後の６泊めのみ。それもレセプションに３日間毎日申し入れてやっと交換してもらえた。対応する人が毎回変わるので宿泊施設としての責任はないようです。３回目の申し入れに対しては対応者が怒り出した。他の対応についてはフレンドリーだっただけに非常に残念である。

長期滞在かもしれないが、宿泊客が夜中に騒いでいた。部屋の鍵が壊れかかっているような不安を感じた。部屋のソファーベッドの寝具にシミがあり、不衛生だった。洗濯機はあったが、ホコリが付いていた。 近くに、spaなどの食料品店、コインランドリー、良いレストランもあり便利だった。

落ち着く雰囲気のノーマルなアパートメントホテルです。キッチンも綺麗にしてあり、調理器具もそろっているので、長期滞在に適しています。 お風呂場、ベット横にセントラルヒーティングがあり、寒いということはなかったです。扇風機もあったので、洗濯物もすぐに乾きます。 でもエアコンはないので、真冬、真夏に滞在するのはあまりおすすめしません。 また、お風呂場にどこから来たのやら、大量のアリが発生しました。安くて綺麗ですが、アリが気になる方にはおすすめできません。 それとWi-Fiは壊滅的です。全くつながりません。Wi-Fiないと携帯など使えない方、ご注意です。

ウィークリーマンション系は清掃料金がかかるがここはなかった。 しかし、清掃はされている。 料金を考えると、満足である。 立地も駅から近い。

La primera impresión no fue buena. La recepción es un cuchitril lleno de trastos. Los apartamentos están en un bloque donde hay pisos en propiedad, es decir, que no todo el bloque es de apartamentos turísticos. El desayuno lo ponen en el Ibis que hay en la misma calle. El apartamento en sí es bastante amplio y estaba limpio aunque el baño necesita una mejora. Está cerca de la zona turística, nosotros fuimos a pie a todas partes.

Short stay for a few days to visit and catch up with friends. I have staged at Agape before a few times and I'm always impressed by the apartments. I return on a regular basis because they are high quality and are central for me.

Emplacement extra, en plein centre, proche des commerces, des transports (métro/tram ...) . L'appartement était assez propre. Bonne literie dans la chambre Dommage, il n'était pas équipé d'une machine à café (mais fourni par la suite par l'accueil). Pas de passoire, et casseroles trop petites pour 3/4 personnes, pas de couteau à pain ou de planche, bref peu d'ustensiles de cuisine : on mange donc souvent au "resto".

Location is a plus however the apartments need renovation

I loved that i had a balcony and a washing machine.

The studio apartment was great. Nice balcony and good to have a kitchen to have breakfast to save money. And a great location for all attractions.

The room was not very modern and there was no air conditioning only two fans. Parkplace was under another building which made it harder to reach when we needed something from the car. I would say it is little overpriced for the service they provided.

There is a small window facing the outside hallway in the apartment. When people walk in the hallway at night the hallway lights are turned on and wakes you up because the light are so bright. I mentioned to the person running the show, not reception, that it would be nice to put a small curtain up for future guests. I was told "put a pillow up to block the light" - really put a pillow up - they do not like being told how to improve for future people not being inconvenienced.

Good location a short walk from the metro station. Friendly receptionists. Room was clean and had a good amount of space with kitchen facilities. Plenty of glassware also provided. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night even though the surrounding area was really good for nightlife. Only problem was that the keys could be difficult to use, but reception did warn us about this and gave us a way to make them open the door.

Meget sentralt. Trivelig betjening. Vi trivdes meget godt.

I enjoyed that the property was quiet and had an inner courtyard of sorts, though the view looking out of my apartment was of a building site ( which the owners obviously were not responsible for). The apartment location is easy to miss as Google maps took me to the street behind the building. It would have been nice to have some basic amenities in the apartment, such as dishwashing liquid, some tea bags or coffee especially as travellers like myself might be coming in late at night. The night porter and the day reception were both friendly and helpful as much as possible.

Pros : Bien comido con tranvía y metro. Hay nevera que enfría rápido, microondas, los justo para cocinar (sartén, olla y cubiertos), la cama es cómoda y calefacción central. Contra: La llave de la habitación es enorme y cuesta abrir la puerta. No limpian la habitación aunque se supone que más de 6 días tienes una limpieza incluida, te dan día y hora y no aparecen, nos quejamos, nos volvieron a dar hora y tampoco aparecieron por lo que tampoco cambian sábanas ni toallas. No disponen de los mínimos, no hay: Jabón, champú, papel de baño, productos de limpieza, trapos, lavavajillas, aceite, sal etc. Por lo que, sí pretendes cocinar, tendrás que comprar todos los mínimos para ello. Sí vais a estar muchos días OK, si no, deberéis comprar muchas cosas para hacer la estancia agradable. No sé puede fumar en todo el recinto, incluido la terraza bajo amenaza de multa de 100 euros.

En nuestro caso, demasiado ruido, la puerta de el salón no cerraba bien, la cocina y el baño sucio. Las almohadas se podrian cambiar estan demasiado desgastadas y por ultimo no hay utensilios de cocina.

We had a very hard time getting a hold of anyone at this hotel. It stated you had to check in by 7pm so when we realized we would be late we were panicking and tried to contact them, but no answer. Little did we know that you could still check in after 7pm just a different way. This should have been noted in their check in policy and someone should have answered our emails and phone calls. So we didn’t have a good start to our stay here. The place itself was fine. No air conditioning and not enough fans. And because of this we had to open the windows which was annoying because the people who live/were staying in the building were very loud and obnoxious all night. Location is close to restaurants and shops.
