スタッフはどの人も皆丁寧に対応してくれます。 朝食も種類がたくさんあり、毎朝楽しませてもらいました。 コンディショナーの置いているホテルはヨーロッパでは珍しいのでは？

清掃のスタッフがとても親切だった。 レストランのスタッフに質問したら、どこに座っても良いに決まってるだろ、という風にバカにしてきた。

清潔でサービスも行き届いていました。朝食も充実していました。バス・アメニティではコンディショナーがありませんでしたが、これはヨーロッパでは普通なのでしょうか（その前に滞在したホテルでも置いていませんでした。実際はコンディショナーが存在することは清掃カートに置いてあったのでわかっていましたが）？

Well what can I booked this hotel in April 2025 easter weekend for my cousins 40th birthday there was 3 of us. The hotel looks lovely and rooms are nice..... but the rooms were so hot, there was nothing we could do to cool down the room even the cleaner commented how hot it was! We complained to the reception staff and the indian man at reception basically told us we hadn't climatised to Budapest! And basically told us to go away. We then complained to the assistant manager, who basically said well all the rooms temperature should now be changed to summer mode, again nothing changed. We believe the hotel has an issue with the heat in the rooms but are not prepared to fix the problem. I literally felt I was going to stop breathing in the middle of the night as it was so hot and the windows didn't open enough to allow airflow...i have travelled all over the world and Europe and this was probably the worst in terms of heat and the hotel wouldn't even give us a fan! Poor service which was a real shame, we came to relax and celebrate but was let down by lack of attention from the hotel and its staff. Wouldn't be recommending this hotel or Budapest to my family or friends!

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr zentrale gelegen. Was schade war wurden um kurz nach 3 Uhr Nachts abgeholt zum Flughafen. Hätten gerne einen Kaffee getrunken, den gab es nicht.

Hotelli kaikilta osin erinomainen, niin huoneiden kuin palvelutasonkin osalta. Hotelli sijaitsee todella keskeisellä sijainnilla, ihan keskustassa. Meillä oli huone rauhalliselle sisäpihalle ja koska hotelli sijaitsee ravintolakadulla, voi mahdollisesti kadun puoleisiin huoneisiin kantautua öisin melua. Hotellissa on oikein mukava kattoterassi, jossa ainakin meidän vieraillessa oli todella ammattitaitoinen baarimikko tekemässä erilaisia coctaileja.

Well situated and walkable to most attractions. Spotlessly clean, bed comfy and changed regularly. We didn't eat in the hotel, but the food looked good. We would definitely stay again.

Absolut empfehlenswert, tolles Hotel, freundliches Personal, super Lage, leckeres Frühstück. Da wir vor der Frühstückszeit abgereist sind, haben wir ein super gutes Lunchpaket bekommen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: wir haben die Handtücher aufgehängt und sie wurden trotzdem täglich gewechselt. Das war nicht nötig und hat unnötige Ressourcen verschwendet.
