部屋がきれいだった。歯ブラシや髭剃り、シャンプーなどのアメニティが揃っており、きちんとしている印象でした。またフロントの女性も親切で対応は素晴らしかったです。エステルゴム訪問の際はまた、予約したいです。

　エステルゴム大聖堂の立つ丘の真下にある。看板がなく建物も目立たず、ひっそり立つ隠れ家的な宿。階下にサウナがあり、筆者が今回滞在した部屋は屋根裏の梁を生かし実に雰囲気がある。 　ここまで書くと最高なのだが、フロントがほとんど英語を話せず、全く意思疎通が出来なかった。これは痛い。市内の観光マップも用意されていないので、事前に調べる事なくエステルゴムを訪問する人は苦労するだろう。 　立地、施設、雰囲気が良いだけに残念。そこだけを改善すれば最高の宿になる。是非頑張って頂きたい。

Meget dårlig engelsk på damen i resepsjonen under innsjekk. Vi fikk ikke romtypen vi hadde bestilt, men fikk ikke noe spesielt god forklaring på hvorfor.

La struttura è carina e molto pulita. La ragazza che si occupa del check in è stata molto solerte nel risolvere un problema che rischiava d'essere davvero antipatico. Non so per quale disservizio ci hanno assegnato una stanza con un solo letto matrimoniale mentre ne avevo prenotata una con un letto queen e 1 divano letto. La ragazza ha, nell'arco di non più di 5 minuti, risolto tutto assegnandoci 1 stanza con le caratteristiche richieste e chiedendo scusa in modo assai garbato. Stanza pulitissima. Colazione dolce abbastanza ricca. Nel complesso un'ottima esperienza.

Ok værelse der var rimelig stort. Midelmådig morgenmad, grænsende til kedelig. Forfærdelig service i receptionen.....

Außergewöhnliche Architektur und großzügig dimensionierte Zimmer. Vorzügliches Frühstück. Sonstige Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Blick auf die berühmte Kirche, die sich ebenfalls in Sichtweite befindet.

Sehr großzügig geschnittene Zimmer. Ruhige Innenhof. Angrenzende Gastronomie. Ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten. Nähe zur Basilika und zum Stadtzentrum.

Rummet var väldigt smutsigt, speciellt toaletten. Inget varmvatten på morgonen. Kvavt med dålig ventialtion. Sängen OK och WIFI ok. Receptionisten väldigt dålig på engelska.

The hotel was well located. Had some issues with getting the right temperature in the shower it was either cold or hot.

Das Hotel scheint nicht so oft gebucht zu werden. Keine Bar , Frühstück nur minimal. Bei der Dame am Empfang kann man aber abends Getränke kaufen.

호텔 위치 및 방 컨디션은 양호했지만, 방음이 잘 되지 않습니다... 창 밖 거리를 걷는 사람들의 이야기 소리, 도로 자동차 소리, 복도에 다니는 사람들 소리가 잘 들립니다. 이외에 직원 서비스 친절함 및 시설의 청결 상태는 양호합니다.

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The food was good and reasonably priced. Parking was easy.

Very pleasant hotel, helpful and attentive staff. Spacious room with very comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. Hotel is a couple of minutes walk to ‘Castle Hill’ with the magnificent cathedral and the Palace and museum, and an easy walk to the town centre and the bridge over the Danube with Slovakia on the other side. Breakfasts are plentiful and guests can use the dining areas for take-away meals. There is a pleasant inner garden courtyard and two excellent restaurants on either side of the hotel.

Like many others who have reviewed this Hotel, we found it difficult to find. Eventually we opened the large double gates into a beautiful courtyard. We were riding from Vienna to Budapest on our bikes. They were secured in the courtyard. The room was spacious. Didn’t enjoy the shower facilities inside a deep bath with a short shower hand held hose. Ceiling levels slanted and easy to continually hit your head if your tall getting in and out of bed. Breakfast just ok

Our room was spacious and included breakfast at the property and a voucher for dinner at a restaurant two doors down. The location was good for walking to the sights and was a good value for the money.

I chose this property because of its closeness to the basilica. It was only a five to ten minute walk, which was really nice. There are restaurants that are close as well which was nice. HOWEVER! I had booked the suite that, on Expedia, is shown to have a jacuzzi in it. When I arrived, they told me that I had booked a regular apartment suite, with no jacuzzi. Expedia advertised that falsely, so beware. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that I only had a bathtub, no shower. I thought, okay you'll just take a bath every night, not a big deal. WELL. I don't know what the deal was, but there was not even enough hot water to fill the tub. The water would run cold before it even filled enough to cover my body. Unpleasant. Additionally, the walls are thin as paper. I was kept up all night by the snoring of the man in the room adjacent to mine. Not the best stay to be honest, but a good location and a good breakfast.

Hotellet ligger flott til slik at man får utsikt til basilikaen. Da jeg sjekket inn ble jeg gitt et rom som var av lavere standard enn det jeg hadde booket - heldigvis kunne de i resepsjonen endre det etter at jeg gikk tilbake og sa fra. Rommet ble da flott med utsikt og god plass. Air-condition virket bare i stua, så soverommet var veldig varmt om natta. Frokosten var helt ok.
