旅行で7泊しました。スタッフはとても親切で、部屋も広くて清潔、朝食は種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。 ホテル自体がショッピングセンターに直結していて、(ホテルに入る時はルームキーが必要)ショッピングセンターにはスーパーやフードコートもあり、とても便利でした！

Absolutely wonderful stay! Not under the best circumstances as my husband and I were very ill for 3 days after we came off a cruise. However, the staff was so thoughtful and courteous. They went out of their way to bring us tea, fruit and our medication delivery. We were able to eat dinner at their restaurant and the food was exceptional. They also have a very lovely breakfast! I recommend very highly.

I keep on coming back to this hotel. It’s clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast menu was always fresh. Staff super friendly, helpful and available all the time. Plus- there is a shopping mall connected to the hotel!!

Best: We loved that this hotel was connected to the mall internally so we didn't have to step outside to access the shopping centre. Shopping centre had plenty of various shops + cafes (incl McD + Starbucks) Hotel: The hotel staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. The lobby was tastefully decorated for Christmas. They upgraded us to the king suite which was amazing. The room itself was lovely and clean. The king bed and pull out couch was comfortable. They refilled our free water bottles daily, but Hungary's tap water is also drinkable. Transportation: there was a metro 5 min walk away but we primarily used Bolt (ride sharing app) but we managed to get to our destinations/tourist areas within 10 min drive. Overall: this place was great for the price we paid and definitely would come back to stay again!

Nice hotel, very clean, lovely breakfast and staff is exceptionally friendly.

Room lovely, reception staff great, some of cafe staff could improve (wrong drink and wrong food brought- passed off as customers error!).

Gabriella was very kind and it was a great experience staying at crown plaza .

Increíble mi estancia, cuando vuelva a Budapest sin duda me quedo ahí otra vez…. Empezando por la recepción, Patrik el más amable!!! La habitación de súper buen tamaño, la cama y almohadas comodísimas, la ducha con excelente presión!!! El desayuno buenísimo también. Muchas gracias por hacer mi estancia tan agradable!!! Had amazing 4 Night stay here. Loved the rooms which were big and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had lot of options . I will definitely recommend for family stay.
