街の中心にあり、すぐ近くにマーケットがあり、とても良い。食器や洗濯機（共用）などもそろっていて、台所（共用）も使える。清潔でとても良い。部屋は3Fで、エレベータはないから、重い荷物がある場合はきつい。それと、見つけにくい。なかなか見つからなかったので、電話しました。兄妹でやっており、受付はありませんし、受付人がいつもいるわけではないで、ホテルから送られてくるmailの返信で前もって着く時間を送る必要あり。

素晴らしいホテルだ。デブレツェンを訪れるすべての日本人に薦めたい。部屋の設備は完璧だし、スタッフがとても親切でアドヴァイスしてくれる。街の中心にあるのがなによりもよい。ぜひまた行きたい。

It was great. Very clean. Perfect location. Check in was smooth. Fantastic for exploring Debrecen.

La stanza è comoda e pulita. Dotata di bagno indipendente e piccola zona studio. Balcone in comune con altra camera e locali cucina in comune con le altre tre camere del piano, ma ben attrezzata.

Property is very centrally located, short distances to everywhere. Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner nearby.

Staying at the Panzio is very good, especially if you do not drive. The rooms are large. There is a full kitchen that is shared by 4 rooms. There were two desks in the room. A large shower. External shutters that totally block the light and help insulate in the winter. It is right off the main plaza downtown. Less than a block from one of the main tram lines. Fantastic Christmas market. The primary challenge is parking. There are two free parking spaces, but getting to them is interesting. If you drive, the smaller the car the easier it will be to park. If their spaces are full, there is other free parking but it appears to usually be full. The only other thing was the bar across the alley. On Saturday night it was going until at least 0300. My wife had ear plugs and a CPAP and never really heard it. I had ear plugs, but it still came through a little. I fell asleep anyway. We would recommend it, especially if you have no car or a small car.

Daniel greeted us and showed us everything. The property is so close to everything, very comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend to everybody.

Udefra ser dette sted ikke ud af meget, men vent til I kommer ind! Fine værelser med alt, hvad der skal være. Der er køkkenfaciliteter med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til fri afbenyttelse - gratis. Der er også gratis kaffe og te. Beliggenheden lige i centrum er helt i top. Ditta Panzio er et familieforetagende. Sønnen taler aldeles fremragende engelsk, og når den ikke-engelsktalende mor skal gøre sig forståelig, ringer hun til sønnen, og så virker han som tolk. Der er stor hjælpsomhed og imødekommenhed over hele linjen.

Perfect conditions, very comfortable and clear. Perfect location. Owner is super. I recommend Ditta Panzio.

Kein Hotel, sondern ein Wohnheim.

The room it self is lovely the shared kitchen and facilities are more the adequate. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The area directly next to the accommodation is a bit run down but on the other hand it’s perfectly located to the centre of Debrecen with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The biggest downside is the disco opposite that played really loud until at least 5am which really messed up what was up to that time a great stay.

The hotel was overall a nice stay. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a cheap place close to the city center. It is a walking distance from forum which is the main mall in Debrecen. There are restaurants and shops nearby. One thing I wish was that I had room cleaned daily, but for the price it is a nice stay. Also don’t judge a book by its cover because from the outside the building is very old and disheveled and there are quite a few stairs but the inside is very nice.

This was an interesting stay.. if i had planned to staybin town longer then this place would have made more sense to me.. Its an apartment thats been turned into a hotel type place.. Would be awesome for extended stays of more than 1 night.. Met mom and sis of owner who was awesome and gave me keys to room.. I did not pack my heavy luggage from car up the 3 flights of stairs so just took up what i needed.. There is a community kitchen that i did not use for my 1 night.. The room was clean and very nice and modern.. No staff on hand and that morning i realized towels had not been replaced in room.. Luckily i bring my own.. The location could not be better.. Easy walk to down town square.. Many food options there.. My only complaint would be parking.. Its in a very dark back lot.. I kinda feared for my rental a bit at night.. And in morning i was nearly blocked in.. Overall stay was great and i would use again especially if staying for a longer trip
