Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans votre établissement. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal : très bien situé, proche des transports en commun et des commerces, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre visite. L'agencement de l'hôtel est très réussi et l'organisation impeccable. Un grand merci pour avoir parfaitement géré les transferts avec le chauffeur à notre arrivée et à notre départ - tout s'est déroulé sans accroc. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'attention délicate de la bouteille de rosé offerte. Juste une petite suggestion pour l'avenir : comme nous ne consommons pas d'alcool, une bouteille de jus de fruits serait une alternative bienvenue (ce n'est qu'une suggestion constructive, pas du tout un reproche !). Dans l'ensemble, notre expérience a été excellente. Si nous revenons à Budapest, nous n'hésiterons pas une seconde à réserver à nouveau chez vous. Merci pour tout !

The apartment was very cute & clean. We arrived after dark so it was a bit difficult to get into the unit. Very detailed instructions (w/ pics!) were given but it was dark in staircase & courtyard & using a cell phone light on silver lock box dials made things complicated. In our foggy, traveling brains, we thought we were getting keys from an office door & didn't realize it was our actual unit but a neighbor guided us. The description & details are accurate - the ceiling upstairs is 6' tall, my husband's head rubbed the ceiling. The stairs going up to the bed are very, very steep. We were both so nervous we would fall in the middle of the night if we went downstairs for the restroom so we ended up using the super comfy, fold out couch in the living room. There were even extra blankets and pillows stored inside the couch! The washer/dryer takes 2 1/2 hrs to wash & dry, plan accordingly. It is made for small loads so do not expect to dump a suitcase worth of clothes into one load. It was nice to have the convenience though. The neighborhood was a good central location and we felt safe walking around.

In casa c'è tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno. Silenziosa, pulita, vicino a tutto a piedi e alle fermate dei mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento accurate. Potrei suggerire solo di aggiungere un po di biancheria da cucina.

Comfortable, quiet place to stay. Close to everything. Bathroom and kitchen were clean. Big plus was washer/dryer combo. They offered a one time room cleaning due the length of our stay ( 2 weeks). We were satisfied with our stay. No real complaints.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful to foreigners, and they have what’s app to contact with for any emergency. Strongly recommended to stay this apt. in Budapest as your best choices.

Great experience before and during the stay. Bjorn is the value add of the property. He provided completed and helpful info about Budapest and all the activities to do and best place to see. The apartment is very nice,great location,well connected with public transport and equipped with everything you need.

Super staff, well located apartment, very nice welcoming drinks. This is a very caring company to deal with. Free Netflics and a portable wifi for use around the city were some of the extras provided. Comfortable bed and spotless bathroom.

We have stayed for four nights. It was like a dream everything was perfect. We did not want to leave while check out. The room and the equipments were perfectly designed. The room was close to every fundamental destination for a tourist in Budapest. It was so great that we will never ever forget we have a place in Kertesz utca. We had a great time in Budapest staying at happy apartments. We were greeted upon arrival and shown and shown around the apartment, giving us info on all amenities. The location of our apartment (green) was great and the local information provided by the Happy apartments team really helped with our trip. We will be back to Budapest and will try to stay at Happy apartments again!
