スタッフ皆さん親切でフレンドリー。ロビーのドリンクサービスも種類豊富でありがたかった。滞在中、wifi に不具合がありほぼ丸2日間使用できなかったのが残念でした。

It may be good for the price. There was a fly in a room - as there always is in the city - which I had to drive away.

Excellent location, room, service and breakfast! Top hotel

Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle or rowdy areas. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned everyday while we were there and was spotless. We didn’t come to sit in the room and watch television, but it would be nice, after a long day walking around and exploring, to have the option of more English channels or a smart tv to be able to log in to Netflix/prime etc. Free tea and coffee available in the lobby bar was a nice touch, as long as you don’t mind nipping back down stairs.

Room clean and comfy bed. Really quiet room with no hotel noise. Shower drain was slow and had to keep stopping the water to prevent flood, so not ideal. Breakfast was ok but no option for vegetarian suasages, margarine etc which is a shame as oat milk was available! Location worked well for us.

Nos alojamos en este hotel y la experiencia fue muy buena. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cuidada, con una cama enorme y muy cómoda, lo que se agradece mucho tras un día caminando por la ciudad. Es cierto que las vistas daban a un patio interior y no eran especialmente bonitas, pero al menos había una gran lona que hacía el entorno algo más agradable. La ubicación es uno de sus grandes puntos fuertes: en la zona de Pest, permite visitar muchos puntos de interés a pie y además está muy bien comunicado por transporte público, con paradas de autobús cercanas y una estación de metro a pocos minutos. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal de recepción, siempre servicial y dispuesto a ayudar, lo que facilitó mucho nuestra estancia. El hotel en general tiene un diseño muy cuidado, moderno y agradable, y transmite una sensación de confort desde el primer momento. Como detalle extra, se agradece que ofrezcan cafés e infusiones a disposición de los huéspedes y que incluso presten paraguas si los necesitas. Sin duda, una muy buena opción para alojarse en la ciudad.

Chambre absolument impeccable, personnel à l'écoute et sympathique. Petit-déjeuner avec un large choix et assez bon. Néanmoins, une étoile en moins pour un problème quant à l'accès à notre suite, qui ne fonctionnait pas avec l'ascenseur à cause d'un problème technique.

Booked this Hotel due to the online comments Was not dissappointed at all Hotel was in a great location for exploring Hotel was modern and spotlessly clean staff was pleasent and welcoming there was no issues that the staff would not go to. Breakfast was delightful Will be booking this hotel when I return in the summer of 2026

Staff very helpful, location great, room clean and shower was excellent too. Breakfast was great, loads of pastries and cakes if you've got a sweet tooth.

Incredible hotel! Room was so comfortable and roomy perfe t to relax after exploring all day. Breakfast was delicious and such a variety. Staff were helpful and happy to help too.

Everything was perfection in every way from the room to the service from the front desk reception and the daily breakfast.....clean well organized hotel with the best staff,I don't have one complaint all praises to every staff memember who always smiled and very pleasant the whole week, I was there.....thanks,Ikonik

Everything was great

We arrived and were met by Mpho, a fantastic representative of the hotel. She was welcoming and professional and really stood out throughout our stay. All the people were brilliant. The hotel is in a brilliant location for all the sights, we walked everywhere with ease. The room was spotlessly clean with good quality products. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked nice and we liked the lounge area. The coffee machine there was not working very well but in the morning you could nip down to the breakfast area for your coffee fix. Great hotel with even better staff.
