部屋は広い、立地も良い、アメニティも充実、セキュリティも万全。しかし、一点非常に惜しいのが、寝具にダニがいることです。構造上換気がしにくい造りで湿気がこもりやすいためか、一晩で何ヵ所も刺され、翌日以降痒みに苦しみました。ここさえどうにかなれば凄く良かったのですが...。

メールで届いた案内の通りにチェックインしに Nagy diyfa Utca 7のオフィスに行ったが使われていない建物だった。そこで、 Wesselenyi Utca 18 にあるアパートに行けども、呼鈴なしで入れない。公衆電話から、電話しても通じず。途方にくれて、近くにいた人に携帯電話を借りて電話してみたら、オフィスではなく個人の携帯電話に繋がり、「今、バケーション中だから、違うスタッフの番号送る」と電話を切られ、smsで違うスタッフの番号が届いて、また掛けなおす破目に。結局、暑い中、チェックインするまで1時間半もかかり、疲れてしまった。 掃除を頼む場合は、ドアタブをかけてくれと案内書が部屋に有ったが、ドアタブがない。後日、掃除しているスタッフを捕まえて、掃除を頼んだが、タオルだけは換われども、トイレットペーパーが補充されてなかったり、ベッドのリネンはそのままでベッドメイクもされていない様子。ホテルでは無いので、期待していなかったが、良くも悪くも、ただアパートの部屋を貸しているだけなので、住むような滞在希望なら良いかもしれない。 また、毎日ブレーカーが落ちた。どこかでちょっと電圧が上がると、フロア一帯が停電状態になり、電子キーなので、入口に入れない人がいた。フロントが無いた為、スタッフは常時建物に居ないので、必ずブレーカーの場所を聞いて知っておいた方がよい。 wifiは繋がらない時もあった。回線はさほど速くないが、困らない程度。 水道事情は良い。シャワーのみで、バスタブ無し。ミニキッチンがあり、食器や冷蔵庫は付いていたから、簡単な調理なら可能。部屋に固定電話は無し。スタッフは英語が通じる。 観光する上で、立地はとてもよい。地下鉄の乗り換え出来る駅までも歩けるし、近所にレストランやコンビニもあるし、安全。

The room seemed a bit tired and worn out, the floor was dirty/dusty, the shower didn’t hold a consistent temperature, the bathroom had ants, the fridge was not cold. The biggest issue was that the door did not lock from the inside and the door code wasn’t uniquely mine. The walls were also very thin so I could hear neighbour conversations, music, activities etc. I was unlucky to get the room by the main door so could hear (and feel) all the comings and goings. Finally during check in I could not open the main door. It took 30 minutes for the staff to respond during which time someone else from the building let me in. lock from

Before releasing the codes I was told I would have to pay a late check in fee, none of which was included in the listing If there was any information about this i would have taken it into consideration

Property felt safe and was clean. Slightly confusing getting the codes and checking in but other than that all good!

Love the location and as a semi local I can vouch for it. The rate is fair for a basic type accommodation. As I’ve stayed with them several times in the past I’ll repeat my suggestion: put some basic liquid soap in the shower that you can buy in bulk.

The apartment was two rooms, it had a double bed and a foldout bed, the other room was the toilet and shower,the door code didnt work so we had to try and get hold of someone to helo with that, apart from that it was as expected

I was a bit stressed out as they have very limited support for addressing access issues. I had to pay extra to have the keyless entry code extended. This is the first time what I have ever been asked to pay extra because my flight got delay (totally outside my control).

Lamentable. Habíamos contratado habitación para dos noches, y pagado un extra por si hubiera que cancelar la estadía y así asegurarnos el reembolso. Nos enviaron varios mensajes para que pagáramos previamente un impuesto local, nos terminaron cobrando la estadía completa varios días antes de llegar. Cuando viajábamos desde Viena, hubo un accidente ferroviario que nos detuvo durante horas, y debido a la gravedad del mismo iba a ser imposible llegar a Budapest. Avisamos bastante antes de la hora del check-in, que además insistían para que lo hiciéramos online varios días antes. Tuvimos que contratar hotel en Viena, por suerte conseguimos. A pesar de las comunicaciones con el hotel, y luego de las gestiones que llevó adelante Hoteles.com, no nos otorgaron el reembolso. Nunca más, y lamentablemente por gente como esta ahora le decimos Budapeste. Nunca nos había ocurrido algo así.

Worn room,but good with that price. Check in problems for getting door codes first but finally with whatsapp got contact and service was good.

For an economy stay it's always fine, very basic but so is the price. The location is superb and it's a spacious room. They didn't invest in the look and feel but at these rates I would and couldn't expect that. It's all there, even have A/C. WiFi worked great. One thing I would recommend is that they add soap in the shower, if not bring some soap/shampoo from home.

Was a very nice stay for the price, I cannot complain about that, if you wanted to do an early check in you needed to pay and I tought that was a bit unnecessarily knowing that the apartment was already free for us, we also payed for a cleaning fee which is fair enough! So at the end a cheap stay but it did the job.

Auto check in was not easy especially if you are not aware ( emails was in the junk) but the assistance i had make it easier , the apartment was good and the location is the best if you like the night life (very close to night clubs and restaurants)

Great location, active night life, ruin bars and dining options. The building itself was well worn and the check in was arduous. Might stay there again but might not.
