スタッフの対応が良かった。

ホテルは、静かな場所にあり、とてもホッとできます。また、色々食べに回りましたが、このホテルの食事が1番美味しかったように思います。従業員の方々もとても対応が良く、総じて最高でした。 泊まった部屋は、入口であるレストランの奥にある、中庭に面したroom#2です。中庭に面した大きな窓があり、明るさも十分です。観光用の景色は5分も歩けば絶景なので、あえてドナウ川を望む部屋でなく、落ち着けるこの部屋で良かったと思います。バスタブはありません。シャワーの根元にねじれがありましたが、水の勢いも問題ありませんでした。ただ、タオルは頼まないと新しいものにはしてくれないようです。 ホテルがある王宮の丘と、地下鉄が3線乗り入れるデアークフェレンツ広場、ショッピングモールmammutのある広場とを巡回する16番のバス停が近くにあり、不便さもありませんでした。 温泉はゲッレールトが匂いも少なく、40度の湯船もあり良いと思います。ロッカーはほとんど男女共用です。

スタッフは全員親切だった 朝ごはんが非常に美味しかった 列車で到着したため、午前中にホテルに着いた。 あらかじめ早めに着くと連絡はしていたが、あと１時間ほど待ってくれたら部屋に入れると従業員に言われた。疲れていたしシャワーを浴びたかったので待つことにしたついでに、併設するホテルのレストランで朝ごはんを食べたいというと、（私は忘れていたが）朝食付きプランなので本当は明日朝だけど代わりに今日にしてもいいよと提案してくれたのでそうした。 その朝ごはんがとても美味しかった、、、。

中庭から各部屋に入るといった、ちょっと変わった作りのホテル。季節の良い時は、外でワインでも飲みながら過ごせそうです。ホテル内のビストロも、料理が綺麗に盛り付けてあり、とても美味しかったです。

Badrummet hade en tung skjutdörr i trä som lämnade en 2-3 cm glipa, dvs inte ljudisolerat alls. Fint inrett badrum men endast städat på ytan. Var ett sipprande ljud från toaväggen som också störde under natten. Rummet var hemskt inrett. Gardinerna som såg ut att vara mörkläggningsgardiner släppte in mycket ljus. Sängarna var sköna. En av herrarna som var servitör var mycket trevlig. Maten vi åt på kvällen väldigt god. Frukost var okej. Trevligt att få beställa från en meny och att det fanns lite buffé utöver det. En av killarna i receptionen pratade alldeles för mycket, vi förstod knappt vad han sa, han lyssnade dåligt och utifrån råd han gav oss kände han inte till området så väl. Hotellet låg otroligt fint, lugnt och tryggt område.

I recently stayed at Maison Bristol and Hotel and overall, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professional service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. This is a wonderful choice for travelers looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This is a gem of a hotel - lovely personal touches by the staff (they couldn't have done more), great sized room and a lovely place to unwind after a hard day site-seeing. The food and bar were fab & the terrace was a sun trap.

What an absolute gem this place is. The rooms are clean and comfortable, AC and great Wifi. The front desk staff was full of information and suggestions for site seeing. And the best part was the restaurant. The food is homemade and absolutely phenomenal. Worthy of five stars. The breakfast was delicious, made to order. Also lots of options for help yourself. 100%. I would recommend this location to anyone. Walking distance to lots of sites on the Buda side, close to transit and a quick trip down into the downtown core. I want to thank Alexandra for providing us with fantastic service and many fun and wonderful memories. All in all, this was the highlight of our trip.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the Castle district. Room was beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped, including mini bar (water and soft drinks). Bar bistro section is lovely and inclusive breakfast options were delicious. Easy transport links to other areas including city centre.

This is a boutique hotel with a very homey feel in a beautiful, walkable, and quiet neighborhood. Nice breakfast. Some staff (but not all) are very friendly and helpful. A little more amenities in a room would make this hotel excellent.
