鎖橋や聖イシュトバーン大聖堂からも近く、またブダ地区に行くバス停も近いので観光に便利。またスーパーマーケットやレストラン街も近くにあって便利。 何よりサービスが秀逸で、エスプレッソマシーンや水のサービスにとどまらず、プールに行くときのセットや夜のチョコレートサービス、玄関前のレモネードなど、細かな配慮を感じる。部屋も新しく綺麗で、総合して大いにおすすめできる。

Prestige Hotel Budapest I stayed in this hotel from June 25th to 28th. 2025. I wanted to book a tour of Parliament. My Travel guidebook says that the tour is so popular so booking on the internet is a must. So I asked a female staff member at the reception, but she replied she could not book at night. Don't you think it is ridiculous she could not book because it was night？ I told her yes we coud book at night because it was on the internet. She insisted she could not because it was night and told me to come the next morning. Later I asked a male staff member next to her. Of course he could make a reservation for me at the night, though it took him more than ten minutes. Thanks to him, I enjoyed the tour of the Parliament. Her attitude damaged the reputation of your hotel. Hope your all staff are the people who have a mind to help your guest Masaaki

ホテルは鎖橋に近く、静かな地域。 環境も良く安心。 近くにスーパーがあり生活には便利。 レストランも各種。

とても快適で良かったです。交通の便は良く、周囲には徒歩圏内に鎖橋などの観光名所や美味しいレストランがありました。また泊まりたいです。

The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. They provide two water bottles daily - one still and one sparkling. If you need more, then you purchase it. The design is luxurious. The rooms are spacious enough. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, quiet, and in the heart of the city. The location is just spot on: it is very close to almost all the main sights of the city. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are air-conditioned. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so we can't say much about it. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby.

J'avais vu que le petit déjeuner était superbe, bon, je le touve juste correct. Jus d'orange pasteurisé, viennoiseries pas terrible. Peut mieux faire sur ce point. En revanche, les chambres sont superbes et les suites tres agréables et grandes. L'hotel est tres bien situé à 100 mètres de tout.

This was our first time staying at the Prestige. The Prestige was very quiet and within easy access to everything via metro, bus or taxi. The room was wonderful and the bed was "heavenly"!! Great breakfast buffet and the location is just next to the river and Chain Bridge; right in the heart of the city center. The Prestige staff was extremely helpful helping us book a wonderful Masseur who came to our room with everything necessary to work the kinks out after a long day of walking/sight seeing. The staff also assisted with coordinating a car to take us to the airport. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and I highly recommend Dunacorso & Gundel. Both are outstanding and must eat at restaurants in Budapest. Make a reservation so you're sure to experience these wonderful restaurants.
