De kamers waren prima, de gastvrouw erg behulpzaam. Het ontbijt vonden we matig.

Great stay at Albert Guesthouse. The single room is small, but very comfortably, and there is access to a large sitting room in the common area.

Comfortable stay. Very clean and good shower. Will stay here again if I am in the area.

The staff was terrific, but our room was very modest, and the bathroom smelled moldy.

Excelente servicio y muy cómodo. Es muy acojedor a pesar de no ser el hotel más grande.

Run down old dirty

Es un hotel de muy baja calidad, el olor en las habitaciones es muy desagradable.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The guesthouse was clean and welcoming. We could walk around town from the guesthouse even though the town was small. There was 1 restaurant and a small grocery store. I would stay there again if I were back in the area.

Simple, affordable, and safe!

Okay guesthouse. Dog noget slidt på værelserne og ikke så rent i alle hjørner, især toilettet. Der lugtede lidt af cigaret røg i receptionen og på gangene. Utroligt dårlige senge hvor du kan mærke alle fjedre op i ryggen. Stedets beliggenhed er super fin. Men du finder ikke meget interessant i byen.

great little hotel in the seal circle, with free coffe and a very nice breakfast that you could take already packed on your adventures. i wished i was here longer because i coukd have waited for the low tide for the best seal viewing.

Very nice welcome from the staff, but make sure to arrive between 4-7PM. For a 2,5 star hotel, we had what to be expected - so we were not too surprised as we knew what we were booking. Simple and small rooms/bathrooms. Room was ver y clean/no view - on parking. Breakfast in a box for the morning which we found convenient. Convenient kitchen for those who want to cook at night as we know dining in restaurant is expensive in Iceland. We liked the living room set up that allowed us to interact with other travellers and learn about their journey. Card and dice games too: very nice. Very nice restaurant about 400m away called Sjávarborg. Make a reservation in advance.

Nice enough little hotel on the side of the road. Our room was tidy, but there was definitely something going on with the bathroom. They had an oil incense thing going to cover the baseline odor, which I couldn’t identify. The combo was like something caught fire in an outhouse.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Zimmer völlig ausreichend und neu renoviert / eingerichtet. Diese auch in Richtung Straße ruhig, da wenig Verkehr. Nette Vermieterin. Schöner Aufenthalts- und Frühstücksraum mit Kaffee und Tee. Frühstück als fertige Box pro Zimmer mit Brötchen, Bananen, Jogurt und Saft. Brot, Cornflakes, Milch usw. noch extra. Aus unserer Sicht vollkommen in Ordnung und besser als in manchem anderen Hotel.

Free parking outside: shared lounge and dining area where you can help yourself to coffee machine - thought the coffee was good. We had twin room at back which was quiet and had black out roller blind which was quite good but still lets light in on sides and bottom if you get easily disturbed. Beds were comfortable but duvets too hot for summer. The reading lights mounted above the pillows makes sitting up in bed difficult which could have been avoided by better positioning. The tv only had a few channels working - reported it and was hopefully going to be fixed after we left; apparently there are supposed to be lots of channels. The bathroom is small but does the job. Unfortunately the pull around shower curtain and lip on the floor does not prevent water getting onto the rest of the floor and the extractor fan doesn’t work that effectively. Breakfast is a self service arrangement with a box in the fridge containing juice, rolls, local doughnuts and bananas. Ham, cheese and spreads as well as cereals available along with coffee. Place had a friendly vibe.

The host prepared breakfast for us and was very friendly in answering questions. Parking was in front of the entrance.

Booked this with the option of breakfast provided however the breakfast was a cold pre-packaged bread roll. Would have preferred to book accommodation that was cheaper without breakfast if this was known.

beautiful place. Loved the coffee machine. Easy late check in.
