The hotel is located in the center of the city. Very convenient.

Location is fabulous, it was walking distance to everything! View from the deck (could see Hallgrimskirkja) was lovely. Would be great to have something to put our suitcases on. We didn't want to put them on the floor, so we had to use the couch/coffee table and the dining table for ours, which left us with no place to eat and very little room to sit. But the apartment met our needs. Would also love hooks in the bathroom, but ultimately, the location is why we chose this apartment and that was terrific.

Die Unterkunft ist stark hellhörig zur Decke hin. Zumindest ab dem 1. Stockwerk nach oben. Offenbar sind in den Apartments ganz oben Holzdielen verlegt und man hört absolut jeden Schritt. Die Reinigung vor meiner Ankunft war leider nicht sehr gründlich. In der Mikrowelle stand noch ein mit Soße und Fett vermierter Teller. In den habe ich natürlich reingefasst, da die Mikrowelle leicht erhöht steht und ich nicht auf den Teller schauen konnte. Alles andere an dem Apartment sowie Umgebung ist allerdings super und nicht zu beanstanden.

Bedding for the pull out sofa was incomplete and what was there was stained or had holes. Minor items like a non functioning shower soap dispenser, no bath mat (kinda of needed), could use some attention.

The apartment location was perfect. Near everything and main bus station 18 min walk away. ‘Bonus’, local grocery store, just the corner was convenient! Apartment has everything needed.

Great location very close to bus stop, near to groceries where you can buy Food and cook in the apartment to save money.

Great location. Lovely warm inside when outside was freezing. Bathroom could do with more cleaning especially the shower area and curtain. The warmth as soon as you entered the building was very welcoming. Property had everything we needed for a short stay

This apartment was so amazing! Super clean and cozy. Located right by all the big sites and delicious restaurants!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is perfect close a block and a half from the main shopping street with a grocery store, shops and restaurants. The parking was easy for two nights we needed to park our rental. The blackout curtains worked great, shower was good with a personal shower option and the kitchen stocked adequately. We received the check in email 2 days before check in and the check in was easy. Only issues were the stairs down to the front door had no railing and for two older people we took them slow, especially with luggage. The only other minor issue is we wished a bath mat would have been provided.

I stayed here several nights. At first I stay at the first floor room. It has bad air convection. The shower curtain is stinky. And then I’m allowed to move to the room at the second floor. There is no toilet paper in the room. I called the host, he said he will ask the room service to put the toilet paper but I never receive. The door lock is a bit weird. I was locked out of my room and have to call the host to let him reset my room lock. No matter which floor I stay, the soundproof is really bad. I can hear people walk by my door or make noise in the upstairs room, which made me nervous throughout the whole time I stay in the room. It was a very bad impression to stay there.

This was a lovely place to stay! It is so close to so many of the sights of Reykjavik. It has a fridge, stove, oven, large closet and private bathroom. All of these made my stay cost effective and lovely! The room was clean and well organized when I arrived. You also have access to on site laundry, which after a rainy day exploring the peninsula, I was happy to have!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the shopping areas. Nice little balcony outside the bedroom door. The apartment was properly equipped and arranged in a manner to make it open and roomy. We certainly enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect lottle getaway all within walking disctance of downtown reykjavek. We had the rop floor and never once heard any neighbors or noise. My wife and I had a great stay. Comfortable bed and kitchen to cook. Clean shower and tub and always hot water. Would definitely stay again

Very good location, walking distance of everything. The laundry facilities helped us a lot during our staying. The owner very open, supportive and responsive. Super recommended place to stay.

King bed is actually two doubles pushed together. Apartment was clean and easy to access. Checkin time is 3pm and wont accommodate earlier, bathtub and shower kind of strange, but nice. Overall would stay again except walls are thin so bring headphones/earplugs.

Very upsetting and frustrating stay at this hotel. I booked this trip for my husband birthday. Unfortunately we did not sleep properly. I booked this accommodation for a 4 night stay. On the 1st night, we were being woken up by the people upstairs about 1am. They stayed up till 4am and we thought that that is over. But then we hear them snored. We then have to wake up at 7am for our day trip. We hoped that it was just one night but then it happened again. On the 2nd night, the people came back earlier and again woke us up at 1am. After an hour, it went quiet. Then their friend came and knock on the door. After several knocks, he walked outside the building and had a pee on the pavement. Then he made a phone call and we can hear the phone upstairs vibrating. At this time, I phone Hotel.com that I wish to cancel the rest of the 2 nights but was told that they will contact the owner. I then booked another hotel straight away because we couldn't stand another 2 nights not sleep. Fast forward 1 week, the owner reject our cancellation and we did not get our money back. Neither did Hotel.com compensate us. I think the accommodation is not fit for letting people stay because the floors were so thin that we can hear the snoring and mobile vibrating. Absolutely crazy! I think hotel.com need to take responsibility that this apartment is not suitable on their website.
