大晦日に停電になったが、即座に対応をしてくれてとても助かりました。部屋は4人で使用するには狭かったですが、レイキャビク市内で安く泊まれるところは限られているので、必要十分でした。 共用のキッチン（電子レンジ・ケトル・電子コンロ・食器他）やシャワー・トイレ設備は必要なものが揃っており長期滞在に向いています。

リビングで飲み物を取りながら、一緒に滞在しているメンバーとの会話が楽しい夜でした。寝室自体は全て個室なので、プライベートも保たれており、ホテルのフィーが高いアイスランドでお勧め出来るB＆Bだと思います。

アイスランドではバスタブに入れないかと思っていましたが、シャワーホース付のシャワーとバスタブがあって良かったです。ダウンタウンまでバス利用ですが、郊外のため少し散歩すると誰もいない場所に行けます。グロッタ灯台周辺がおすすめ。オーナーさんにお会いできませんでしたが、いろいろとメールで親切に対応していただけました。冷蔵庫やキッチンが使えるので自炊でき、節約できるのでホテルより断然良いです。

Top, un vrai guesthouse où tout est à disposition. Ce n'est pas le cas partout en Islande et à des prix exorbitants.

Reasonable price for the area. Cute B&B. Good for one night stay. We could buy groceries in a supermarket and cook simple dinner and breakfast in the small kitchen.

Le logement est spacieux dans un evironnement calme, nous étions dans la green house, qui est un acien garage ammenagé, ce dernier est humide avec l'odeur qui va avec; l'espace cuisine n'est pas en très bon etat.

La zona è molto bella e vicina alla città. La nostra stanza molto panoramica e luminosa. Aspetti negativi: cucina piccola e non pulitissima, un solo bagno a disposizione per molte camere.

The staff were really nice. However there were some problems with the equipment: one toilet's flush button got stuck and we had to turn of the water tap to stop wasting water, the dish water's seal was jammed when a guest started it. Good things about the place: there are free cakes in the kitchen and food (rice, noodles, instant coffee, etc) left there by previous guests on a kitchen shelf.

Nice room with clean amenities. Check in was clear, and easy to find. The staff sent exact instructions that were easy to follow.

Friendly students managing the property. Nice location, spacious shared living room and good kitchen facilities for common use. Rooms could do with some refurbishment.

Great service and space.

We booked a family room.They gave us their alternate location "Grotta". The room was huge, and it was bright with lots of sun. They also invited us for coffee and cake in the morning. My family really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

Good place to spend a night near Reykjavik. House was definitely a little older in condition, but otherwise clean and easy to check in.

The host is friendly and responsive . The apartment is simple but a bit old. The pillows and beds are a bit too soft.

It was okish. Kitchen can be kept clean as it is a common area and used very much. Overall house and the room we stayed in has some smell which could be more pleasant for a comfortable stay.

This B&B has multiple estates. The photo here, however, only shows the best parts of these facilities. The room/ house we stay in definitely needs maintenance. The sofa is dirty with dark spots everywhere. The entrance got stuck and was hard to push open from the inside. The bathroom is only a simple shower, not the ones in the photo and is dim. The rooms on the floor we stayed on were very dim, as they were in the half-basement, and the air was kind of steamy. The price is cheap, though
