Very clean, has everything you need, beautifully located and very comfortable

Location, location, location. Central. Within walking distance to old harbour, cathedral, shops and restaurants. Had apartment at back. Nice and quiet.

Excellent property condition and it is right in the heart of Reykjavik

Great location! Great communication! Comfortable accommodations. Neighbors were a bit noisy one night but that can happen anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice location, nice apt. Well furnished and comfortable. Only issue was sound insulation. People upstairs sounded like a herd of horses with their heavy feet. Would stay again though.

Super-central location and clean and cosy apartment. I did notice some street noise at night, but that's just the trade-off from being in the middle of things.

This place is absolutely perfect. It’s in the heart of Reykjavik and is walking distance from so many restaurants and sights. As a solo woman traveler, this place was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough! My only complaint is that there’s no coffee machine of any kind. Not a big problem since there are coffee shops on the same street but it was definitely missed.

Viihtyisä pieni asunto, tykkäsin kovasti. Sijainti täydellinen, kaupunginosa on värikäs ja kaikki tarvittava hyvällä etäisyydellä. Pienenä varoituksena leivänpaahtimen toiminta epävarmaa. Pienellä teholla poltti leivän ja kunnon käryt asuntoon. Plussana voin sanoa että palovaroitin toimii. Ikkunat on yksikerroksiset ja kaikki ohikulkeva meteli kuuluu kuin vieressä olisit. Joten ääniherkälle tai jos et osaa nukkua korvatulppien kanssa, en ehkä tätä majoitusta suosittelisi.

I loved this hotel,

Excellent location in the middle of Laugavegur. Close to Bus Stop 8 (Hallgrímskirkja is up the hill). I was in a basement apartment with windows at sidewalk level so it was a little noisey, but pop in some earplugs. This location is fantastic.

Perfect location, super spacious and private.

The only downside was that we were in the apartment on ground level and the kitchen floor was much colder than the floor in rest of the apartment. A pair of shoes solved that problem.

El departamento muy lindo, limpio y espacioso; lo único malo es que no tenía luz a lo largo del camino de entrada y puerta y como llegamos en la noche era algo complicado y teníamos que tener cuidado con las escaleras.

Right in downtown and can walk to most things in the area.

The apartment was fantastic! Great location, very clean, and had everything we needed plus extra! Beds were extremely comfortable, washer/dryer combo was a nice surprise and the location cant be beat!

Delighted with our apartment on Frakkastigur ! Very cosy, nice place, with enough room for everyone. We didn't miss anything, perfectly equipped ! Ideally located in the city center, a good starting point for a city tour. Bakery and icecream shop on opposite side of the street, Bonus 2 minutes away. Bars and restaurants everywheeeeere !

Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht. Es war nur für 3 Personen vorbereitet. Es fehlte komplett eine Bettgarnitur. Der Vermieter ging weder ans Telefon noch antwortete er auf unsere Email, so dass auch die zweite Nacht einer von uns ohne Bettdecke usw. verbringen musste. In Island ist es ja üblich ohne Kontakt zu Vermietern einzuchecken. Aber dann sollte wenigstens jemand verfügbar sein, wenn es Probleme gibt. Das Schlafzimmer hatte auch keine Tür und wenn die Rollos nicht unten waren, konnte man direkt von der Straße, die von Touristen viel genutzt wurde, ins Schlafzimmer sehen. Das beste war noch die Lage zwischen Hallgrimskirkja und Laugavegur.

The apartment was in a perfect location to do everything in town. It was cozy and perfect for our family trip of 4. Parking was expensive and at times hard to find near the apartment but overall this had everything a family needed for a cozy week.
