まさにショッピング、観光エリアのど真ん中だったので非常に便利かつ清潔、夜もオーロラの時間を教えてくださったりと親切でした。

スタッフはとても親切。施設も無駄なものは何もなく、シンプルだけど必要充分、エコフレンドリー。便利な場所。オススメします。 ホテルには関係ありませんが レイキヤビツクはツアーのバスの発着にやや難あり。英語なコミュニケーションは必要になると思いました。ホテルのサポートもありました。

The room was clean and very comfortable and we loved the little balcony.

Stayed there over the weekend. Was the last guest to check in at 21:00 and I felt honoured. Very comfortable stay simple rooms but functional, it met my needs. Having a cooler/minibar would be nice as well as instant coffee since they provide water boiler and tea. Would stay again.

Very nice staff, great location

Had a very pleasant stay here. The location was absolutely ideal, close to dining, shops, attractions, and shuttle stops that took us to various excursions beyond the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and straightened up daily. Room size was a little small, but it was well designed and used its space well. Very nice bathroom, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Staff were friendly and responsive, but not particularly outgoing. Amenities were minimal, but at this price (and in this location), that's fine. The only thing we could have used were more storage for clothing (there are no drawers) and USB chargers. The restaurant was open for breakfast, but did not appear to be open for dinner.

Incredible location. Staff is great. Right next to a discount grocery store for snacks and a million shops and restaurants. Easy walk to almost everything, including bus stops.

Clean, warm & very central - ideal for sightseeing in Rekjavik. On a lively street with lots of cafes, restaurants, & food shops (supermarket next door) For saying how central it is it wasn’t noisy. Only slight issue was the lighting in the room was quite poor. If you’re going out before light which was often in Feb there are not enough electric lights.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast included and was very good. Great location!

For reference, I stayed in February 2026.I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were, without exaggeration, the most hospitable I’ve encountered in all of my travels. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Every interaction was warm, helpful, and sincere — they truly go above and beyond for their guests. The location and the room itself was quiet, which was such a relief. I had read several reviews mentioning noise concerns in Reykjavik, but that was absolutely not my experience here. I slept very well. The bed was comfortable, and the comforter was incredibly warm. If I had to note a couple minor improvements: a mini fridge in the room would be a great addition, and I do think it’s important for travelers to know that rooms currently do not have one. The TV channel selection was also quite limited, with only a handful of stations and very repetitive programming. That said, these are small points compared to the overall experience. The hospitality alone would bring me back without hesitation.

Staff were helpful and polite. The shower wasn’t clean, the walls had not been scrubbed for a long time, had old soap stuck to it which was gross. The floor needed hoovered as it had debris/hair etc. the cups were too small for a cup of tea, only enough for a couple sips. But otherwise fine.

We are not staying too long in the room. Bed was good, but some things not look great. Dirty wall, shower door can’t close properly. It was ok for the short trip.
