This hotel in very beautiful! It’s so nice!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful in switching our room when we encountered a small noise issue in our original room. Upgraded us for free as well, which was a nice surprise!

La atención fue excelente desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, pues brindaron el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto que está a 8 minutos, la joven nos llevó en la Vans y hasta nos ayudó con las maletas. En el desayuno la señora Lila se esforzó por el mínimo detalle, muy amable y servicial, nos faltó días para disfrutar del lugar.

Beautiful serene surroundings and northern simplicity make this hotel very unique. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast beautifully arranged- loved it! Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and bright and overlooked a beautiful boat yard inlet leading to the Labrador Sea. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. A great overnight stay, would stay again anytime I’m in Iceland.

The breakfast was beautiful. We were not impressed with the dinner. Also there were some issues with the room like we couldn't get the door to the outside to lock you ended up having to do it Trick like hold the handle up. Also the water in the shower didn't get hot. Other than that it was an absolutely beautiful property perfect location and wonderful staff.

Great location, facility and service

My only complaint was the hot tub was closed big part of my decision to book. It was construction but was upsetting.

A localização é excelente, especialmente para quem chega de um voo cansativo e busca descanso imediato ou para quem está encerrando uma road trip. A proximidade com o aeroporto facilita bastante a logística. O quarto e o banheiro são confortáveis e bem cuidados, e o restaurante no local atende bem, oferecendo uma opção prática e satisfatória.

The room was so hot it was impossible to sleep and nobody seemed to care they gave me a fan that was broken and the refrigerator didn't work the whole place just felt down on its heels I've been there before and I was shocked at the difference

A perfect hotel for a peaceful stay in Iceland. I picked this hotel for my wife and I to enjoy 4 days away in Iceland. I chose it especially for it being in Keflavik on the coast, out of the way and for that privacy and tranquility and it was exactly that. It was only 7 minutes away from the airport and a 45 min drive into Reykjavik which is exactly what we wanted and only 25 mins away from the Blue Lagoon. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. The food in the hotel’s Fiskbarinn restaurant was stunning! Food is expensive everywhere in Iceland but here you get the quality you don’t mind splashing out on and similar to what you would spend on dinner anywhere else any way. The set breakfast was also absolutely outstanding and fresh. The room was fantastic with a large bathroom and beautiful scenery of the coast outside our window was perfect. Relaxing by the fire and the private rooftop pool were also really wonderful. Thank you Hotel Berg for being fantastic!

This was a meticulously clean, quiet hotel with a great location for arrival and departure days in Iceland. Its also close to the Gianta's cave and a lovely cliff walk, port and place to watch the northern lights on clear dark nights. The bed was incredibly comfortabel as well. We also enjoyed a breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Both were delicious.

Staff were so hospitable, keeping the pool open for me upon my late arrival so I could have a quick swim surrounded by snow before going to bed. This was without me even asking, they just knew it would be a lovely experience to recommend! Bed was comfortable and room super clean also

酒店距離機場很近，趕早機好選擇。整體也很清潔，天台的熱水池很棒，第一晚櫃檯職員magdalena 很友善，酒店有一程免費機場接送很方便，下次一定會再入住👍
