部屋が清潔で広く、テラスからの眺めも良い。 ただしテラスは隣室とつながっているので注意が必要。

場所は，レイキャビックの中心にあるので，すぐに買い物にでかけたり，買い出しに行ったりアクセスはとてもよかったです． ただ，ホテルの入口が少しわかりにくかったです（通りに面しているのですが，地味な入口なので，通り過ぎてしまい，何度も探しました） 1階にコーヒーやカプチーノが無料で飲めるマシンや紅茶があったので，いつでも温かい飲み物が飲めました． 部屋は奥の方だったので，通りに面していなくて静かでよかったです．

This location is unbeatable!! It’s in the heart of the city, walkable to all restaurants, pubs, shops, etc.. The only thing is parking (but that’s the general problem in downtown area). You have to pay parking, and in P1 zone, where the hotel is, is pretty pricey. You can walk few blocks and park in P2. I’d def pick this hotel again. Highly recommend.

Very loud music coming from the bar next door until 11pm. No sound proofing at all. Rough self check in. The front door lock system is broken and failed to let us in. Customer service is a bit slow and we waited awhile to get a new code.

Great location, fair price.

Pros: great loacation. It’s close enough to walk to many shops and bars. The night life in the area was fun. Cons: it was advertised with a continental breakfast that was available for purchase, but there wasn’t one. They provide earplugs for sleeping and they were needed.

Dålig belysning och väldigt störande ljud från nattklubben som låg i bottenvåningen ?!

Rommet og særlig badet var 2-3 °C for kaldt. Ingen mulighet til å stille temperaturen. Vi hadde ikke mottatt email med innsjekk opplysninger. Kom oss derfor ikke inn på hotellet. Usikker om dette skyldes dårlig komunikasjon mellom Hotels.com og Midtown Hotel by Heimaleiga.

This is not full service nor hotel. So i will say it is like airbnb or guest room, but charge like hotel. Some of the days no light on the whole floor. We need fresh towels, they want us to look for it ourselves and can't find it. We stay there 6 days and we never got refill for coffee. They don't give shower soap. So we have to use our own.

This room was a blast. It was on the upper floor with a balcony and you had a view over Reykjavik. The room was clean and the check in was not complicated. As we once struggled with opening the front door with the code, we dialed the number of the hotel and got immediate help with it. All in all, it was perfect for the last three days in Iceland. Absolute recommend this one.

No staff on site. Front door never locked. Electrical problems in our room. Overhead lamp would randomly turn on and off throughout the night. Difficulty finding the hotel.

Intet personale at tale med, helt automatisk hotel med en del adgangskoder. Nogle koder var "fælles". Fx lauggage depot, hvilket var lidt vildt, når man tænker på der også kan ligge laptops, pas og andre værdifulde elementer alt uden opsyn og alle med koden kunne i teorien stjæle fra hinanden.

I stayed at Midwest for 4 nights. At check in the email said the room would be ready for 2. Got there and it wasn’t ready until 3. First walk thru the room the toilet had no seat on it and the safe wasn’t working. Also the view from the room is a back alley looking at roofs. Also something to note is that you have to request room cleaning or towels refreshed a day in advance. Which I did and it want until day 3 that they came to clean the room. But in the meantime the reception that is only reachable by phone said to me to go to the basement and I can find more towels and coffee for the room. Which I did and there was nothing there. Absolutely terrible service. Also note that you will have to pay for parking everywhere around the hotel. If your walking around and taking tours and don’t have a rental car it’s not to bad of a location. Lots of bars and restaurants around.

Once we got past the Expedia check in issues the Hotel checkin was fine. A little noisy at times outside of the hotel and with no AC, leaving windows open at night was necessary during summer stay. Close to most everything downtown.

Didn’t like that our room wasn’t ready at the time promised.

The hotel is located in the center of Reykjavik what is convenient. But for a price of 150 EUR for a small single room per night you dont even get any services such as breakfast, pool / sauna, or even any staff.

Our room faced a bar with a name expedia wont let me write here. I'm sure they were having a great time, but we all had to get up at 5 to catch the bus to the highlands and the bar did not get quiet until 0430! And being iceland, windows open to cool the room, if not it gets stuffy with three grown ups in a single room. The hotel got our check in time wrong so the code didn't work on the door and there is no staff so had to find a number to call, the number listed throughout the hotel is wrong. Overall, not a great visit.
