ホテルは清潔で近くにレストランやスーパーがあるので立地条件はグッドです。朝食はもう少しレパートリーが多いといいですね。

The Wi-Fi is very unstable and was disconnected so often while I was doing something on the internet. It is very frustrating. The heater was not powerful enough to make the room warm. And there is no heater in the shower room. How about the towel rail? No! It was just steel. It was uncomfortable to take a shower in the cold room in the winter. I have got a cold.

ホテルの朝食も美味しく、近くにスーパーやレストランもあり、とても便利に快適に過ごせました。レイキャビク市内からツアー参加する際にも、ホテルの玄関を出た先にバス停（Bus Stop13）があり、送迎等にもとても便利でした。ホテルには、スリッパ等はないため、必要な方は持参されることをおすすめします。

Well-located hotel with well-appointed rooms just steps away from tour bus pick-up points and the nice Hlemmur Mathöll (food hall). This property offers a surprisingly complete breakfast buffet. But what set it appart this from the four others we used is the excellent front desk attendants, who were most helpful with directions, attractions, luggage storage and even other properties when we where stranded in Iceland for a week due to a strike at Air Canada.

It's right on the tourist mall and provides first come parking spots for free with stay. Easy hike to the harbor or shopping. Many grocery stores nearby if you don't want to pay extra for breakfast.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, with dark curtains that kept the light out very well. Quiet location.

Rooms and staff were great. Loved that there was a spa with hot pool & sauna. We used that every day. Also the hotel resteraunt has excellent food and is highly recommended as both a lunch and dinner choice.

Nice place

This is well-appointed modern hotel that is centrally located at the end of Laugavegur Street. It is right across from the fabulous Hlemmur Food Hall and Lucky Records, a Reykjavík institution for music fans. The rooms are comfortable and European chic. The breakfast buffet is delicious and a great way to fuel for a day of sightseeing. The spa is well-kept and a good way to unwind after a hard day of touring. This hotel is used by large tour groups and there are times of day when the lobby and restaurant are crowded and a bit chaotic. This did not detract from our stay and the rooms were quiet. Iceland has become very expensive since I was last here 4 years ago—and this hotel is no exception. Whatever you have budgeted for your Reykjavík stay—double it! Iceland makes Switzerland look like a bargain!

Great hotel in the heart of Reykjavik. Very walkable to most everything. Super breakfast!

Great area. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful!

A nice hotel even though without AC. Breakfast is better than their sister hotel (CenterHotel Plaza) at the other end of the busy street. Bathing area is half open without door or curtain. Bed is comfortable.

Close to trendy and souvenir shopping. Easy meeting point for tours. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast

Good place to stay!!

If I could give a rating of 5+ for the service, I absolutely would!! I rated the area around the property 4 stars only because of the construction in the area but the front desk staff personally helped us find parking in the area which was absolutely wonderful. Our meals at the restaurant were delicious and the restaurant staff made the experience memorable! I would stay here again & would recommend to family and friends.
