OK スタジオズ

The ok studio was really ok. As I read the reviews before I made reservations, there was no reception desk, which was no problem to enter the apartment with the passwords. I think the entrance door needed quite strongly to pull or push to open than people normally think. The room (OK4) was exactly same as pictures. However it was not clean enough for me. We stayed 4 of us and a double bed was ready but we had to prepare the sofa bed for other two people and the sofa was not clean. We moved the sofa to make a bed and found quite enough dust between folded parts and also around the sofa. The bed sheets were ok but the sofa itself was old and not cleaned which was not good. The towel and bed sheets were clean. The bathroom was ok. We also stayed in OK-A room. To enter the room, we needed to go through the bar and the room is located back of the bar. We checked in midnight and found that the window on the ceiling was a bit opened. We couldn't find how to close it so it was cold in the room through the night with -3 degrees. Overall, it was ok to stay since other normal hotels around were expensive. The location was great. The water smelled but I guess it is from iceland's hot spring.. I have stayed many apartments from Airbnb and I hope the owner of the apartment could give the guests some more descriptions about the rooms, water smells and set Vacuum cleaner etc.

立地がとても良い。立地と値段でこのホテルに決めた。 チェックイン、11:00〜 チェックアウト、〜15:00 上記のため、部屋のクリーニングにより荷物を一度持ち出さなければならない。 レセプションがないので、荷物を預ける事ができない。 「住む」ための設備が整っており、 消耗品だけ買い込めば長期でも不安がなさそう。 食器はもちろん、包丁や鍋、洗剤やたわし等もある。 部屋によってはアイロンやアイロンテーブルもある。 以下は部屋No.10の感想。 ベッドの「すぐ横か枕元」にコンセントが欲しい。ソファの裏(通常見えない場所)にコンセント発見。1mの延長ケーブルを持参したがベッドまで届かない。 トイレの便座から手を伸ばして届く距離にトイレットペーパーがない(離れている。何故？) ベランダにタバコの吸い殻が散乱している。部屋が禁煙なのでベランダで吸ったと思われる。 部屋の階層を勘違いしやすいかも(英文メールをよく読めば自分の部屋が分かるが...) 2階が部屋No.〜9、 3階が部屋No.10〜 部屋のロックが、No入力式のため、万が一忘れると入れなくなる(鍵ではない)

レセプションに人がいないのが、少し不安になりましたが、お部屋も広くゆっくり過ごせました。

レイキャビクの中心街に近いので選びましたが、メイン通りに面しており利便性がかなり良かったです。部屋もとても広く暖かく快適でした。フロントは一階部分のレストランの一部で人が居ない時もありますが、24時間電話対応はしてくれました。飲食店が入っていることで夜遅く帰宅してもエントランスが明るいので安心します。室内は割とゆったりしているので長期滞在にもおすすめです。キッチンには鍋、皿、コップ、湯沸器等々簡単な料理なら出来る程度の器具が十分揃っています。スーパーも近いので朝食用に食材を買い、簡単な朝ご飯を作りました。2泊しましたが値段の割りに充実した滞在が出来ました。

ホテルにロビーはなく、住所の場所にはカウンター(というか、バー？)があり、そこでチェックイン。 案内されたのは、徒歩3分弱の、より中心地寄りのアパートメントで看板などは何もない場所でした。 エレベーターのない二階だったので、大きなキャリーは自力で運ぶのは難しかったです。(チェックイン時は運んでもらえました) 部屋の設備は不便がなく自炊生活ができるレベル。 調理器具やコーヒーサーバー(コーヒー、紅茶無料)、ドライヤーやアイロンまであり便利でした。 私たちは二泊だったのでタオルの交換も必要ありませんでしたが、5泊以上でもタオルは7日ごとの交換と書かれていたので、長期滞在だとどうかな？と思います。 また、メインストリートなので深夜でも多少は外の声が漏れてきます。 繁華街と言えどもあまり人がいないので気になりませんでしたが、神経質な人にはお勧めしにくいかな。 全体的に、私たちの滞在は満足でした！

Never received check-in info with door codes, luckily someone was working in the bar at the time and was able to look up our reservation. We came at check in time and room still wasn't even clean. Otherwise its not a dirty place, location is also not bad.

Actually we stayed at Vintage Hotel (close to Ok Studios) because Ok Studios couldn´t accommodate us. They took care of our booking and moved use to Vintage hotel and kept us well informed (we were able to choose from different options they offered us). When we booked in there was some misunderstanding, our booking was for three persons but the room was for two persons and the travel bed was missing. There is no reception at the hotel but few phone calls solved the problem and we got the travel bed. So overall everything was great.

Very friendly staff in downstairs restaurant. Clean room, loved the ability to cook in the room. The decor wasn't quite as quirky or unique looking as some of the pictures made it appear but overall I really enjoyed my night at Ok Studios. Would definitely stay again.

Preciosa habitación en una de las calles principales de Reikiavik. Perfecto para moverse a pie a todas partes. Se puede aparcar gratis en la iglesia.

Skimmel i vindueskarmen og i brusenichen. fryseren var helt iset til og meget beskidt samt køleskab. Generelt meget klamt.

Great location and good value for money

Very comfortable and stylish space. Only complaint was that both times I stayed here the host gave the wrong room number and check in code. Was able to get resolved by calling them, but was frustrating when checking in. Also, free street parking!

check in process was really stressful. when we first arrived to check in, our code for the door was not working, we were new to Iceland and did not have a phone to call. there was a lady in the restaurant but she did not even tried to help us. After emails back and forth with the property, while we were outside in the freezing weather, we finally were able to get in to our smelly room. the shower was dripping constantly and the room smelled awful, we spoke with the house keeping team, they tried their best however they did not succeed neither to stop the leaking shower nor to get rid of the smell. very very bad experience never again!

Will stay again . Was located p perfect for walking and shopping.

Zunächst waren wir etwas verwirrt, da „ok Studios“ anscheinend nun „Vera Hotel“ heißt, aber das haben wir relativ schnell gemerkt. Die Apartments scheinen erst neulich renoviert worden zu sein, das meiste ist also noch in gutem Zustand und sauber war es zu Beginn auch. Leider kam in der ganzen Woche nicht einmal das Housekeeping, der Müll wurde auch nicht geleert und geputzt ebenfalls nicht. Um zu unserem Zummer zu gelangen mussten wir immer durch ein Restaurant laufen, deren Getränkelager war direkt neben unserem Zimmer, dementsprechend laut war es dann auch. Generell war es auch sehr hellhörig, man hört die Türen auf und zu gehen, sowie jedes lautere Lachen der Nachbarn. Für eine Woche war es aber okay, da wir kaum im Apartment waren.
