Terrible experience at Hotel. Looks like total mismanagement. I stayed there for two days and haven't seen the service staff changes there dresses. constantly asking for extra bed with totally no response. Expedia peoples are advised to see the professional qualification of hotel staff before approaching them for rooms. Totally money oriented people with lack of management skills.

The room was not cleaned properly and accumulated dust could be seen even on the bedside tables. The bath room wash basin had stains from pan masala. No towels were provided despite reminding the staff. It seems that they did not get them from the laundry. The swimming pool was never used for last one year at least according to someone there. It is dry and littered with pigeon droppings. I had to leave by a midnight train and asked the reception whether I can get a three wheeler. He said he can book one in advance for Rs 300. When I said that it is too much for a 1.6km distance, he immediately reduced it to Rs 200. But I refused and went out to the road and got one for just Rs 100. There is no backup for electricity, even for the wifi.

No proper staff.its like guest house in the name of hotel.

Hôtel pas cher certes, mais draps sales à l’arrivée, serviette usagée, chambre non préparée, manager hostile car nous n’avons pas fait le safari dans le désert avec lui , 2 employés très sympathiques malheureusement noyés dans l’arrivée catastrophique !

Booked a dormitory and it was an awesome experience. Abu bhai's hospitality is commendable. I also booked a dessert safari through then and believe me it was the best decision. I highly recommend this awesome place!!!

Abu is one point destination for us...u don't need anything else Abu in Jaisalmer.. Also he is famous os ur safe in his hands . Facilities all u need is there from hot shower to camel ride . Life is Mamamia..

I stayed in Abu Safari Hostel for 3 nights and I highly recommend this place. The rooms has a nice space and was clean, they provided tissues, soap and towels when I asked them this. The staff was helpful and nice with me all my stay and I felt in safe even in a solo trip. I also did the Safari in desert with them and it was amazing as well. Nice tents, nice food and camels.. thanks Abu and all staff to make my trip amazing.

Home in Jaisalmer: Simple Perfect! We stayed here 1 week, We enjoyed the food from Chef Rashid in the best rooftop with an amazing view to the fort. Staff were like brothers to us, always funny and available! The safari was really really nice, we slept under the stars after a beautiful camel ride!

在这里度过了美好的一天，老板Abu十分地热情好客，为这次金城之旅帮了不少忙。住宿离火车站不远，并且有免费的吉普车接送，还能装不少行李。住处干净整洁，公共空间大，提供免费的饮用水，这在沙漠城市真的很难得。楼顶有一个大大的天台，同时也是一个餐厅，可以遥望不远处的城堡，到了晚上城堡的灯光亮起，妙不可言！

Great hotel with a great staff. I'm traveling solo and I felt completely safe. Hey picked me up at the bus station for free and treated me very well. I truly recommend this place! Life is mama mia!

I was travelling alone and I felt very confortable and safe in Abu Safari Hotel. Staffs are so friendly and they help me so much. I also had an amazing experience at camel safari, sleeping on the desert. Everything was perfect in my stay in Jaisalmer. I hope come back soon.
