The best place to stay in chennai. Not too far from airport and all the shopping places. The service was great. Manager Akash and guest delight executive Alwin made sure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast buffet is something you shouldn’t miss out. Karthik, Nithish and Jhilam’s service was outstanding. I will definitely come back again.

Very convenient to visit near by hospital and the only property in the area with good standard.

5 star service. Hotel staff are well trained and knowledgeable. They understood what our requirements were prior to asking for one. Offered us free breakfast and coffee as we departed early for the airport. Highly recommended if you want reasonable price and 5 star service.

Stay was amazing , the room was good , big , clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and they knows how to provide hospitality and take care of their customer. I am very happy with the service. Even in the restaurant my 5 year old son was very happy with the service and he started telling they are very and nice and really taking good care of us.

Property, Amenities and food was great. Employees in dining and lobby are very nosy and indulge in a it of personal conversation with residents which could be avoided. But affordable clean and quiet property.

A really relaxing location in an extremely busy location. Staff very friendly and helpful - extremely efficient. Handy for Airport. I have stayed here a few times and will return on my next visit to Chennai. Always a pleasure to stay there.

Very quite and calm

Staff were very attentive, helped with booking cabs for going around, were helpful throughout the entire stay. Close to airport, will always stay here when need to be close to airport.

No bar on this property

This is the second time i am staying in this property and have decided not to stay anymore. Reason being that the front office staffs are all pretty new and they are very slow. They need someone senior to be with them and keep coaching them. I have sent an email and have sent two reminders and still no response. I am emailed frontdesk.chrome@theaccordhotels.com for an explanation to why my credit card has been charged around INR 4000 when i have settled all my bills through cash. Very poor service.

Excellent experience staying at Accord Chrome. For those who are finicky about cleanliness this hotel is the apt one.
