There is also the fact that the price of the hotel is cheap, but I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes at check-in. I feel bad for the staff. Chinese is not supported. No towels (they brought them later, but the towels were dirty) No hair dryer. The blanket is damp. "The only good thing was that I could use a hot shower."

we stayed there for a night, which is also very near to Delhi international airport as well. It was a good experience and the staff behaviour also very nice. good location and nice and cosy rooms as well . Thank you.

Staff is very kind and helpful

DIRTY sheets, blanket, pillows. Headboard of the bed was dripping and smudged with a strange greasy substance. Room smelled of cigarettes, and then some scent to try to cover it up. Shower dripped the entire time. Very LOUD sounds all throughout the night, both from the busy street, but also from strange happenings within the hotel. No kettle. OVERALL: DO NOT RECOMMEND. If nothing else, a customer should be able to expect a clean bed in a hotel. I would have left with a much better impression if the bed were clean.

Bad and dirty Room

First of all, they were moved to new locations and old locations is under construction. they charged me twice for the same booking for a day for old location and new location

It’s close to airport and good service

Food is good. Room was spacious and clean. I like the behaviour of the staff. Helpful and understanding.. I found this hotel near to Delhi international airport and Yashobhoomi. Very economical and comfortable stay. Thank you Tashree.

I really liked my stay in your hotel.and the front desk was very helpful.

Had them change my sheets upon arrival. Bed was way too soft, like way too squishy.

I had booked the transportation with the hotel for my pick up from airport. They sent a shabby taxi to pick me up . Taxi driver had the windows open and there was no AC in the car. It took me 1.5 hours to reach hotel and then they told me that that it is the wrong location of the hotel. So the same taxi guy took to other location 30 minutes later. There was no apology from hotel.

This hotel stay is the worse stay of my life.The hotel staff was unprofessional and dont even know how to deal the customer.

You get what you pay for… it’s good for price but cleanliness is missing. There is no heater in the room, plus there is this wired smell in the whole hotel. Also bed and sheet seemed to be wet and dirty. I didn’t sleep there whole night. But again who don’t want to pay much and don’t care about quality. It might be a paradise. All depend what you looking for.

I've stayed in similarly priced hotels in the area, so I figured the experience would be similar. Not so. Sheets and towels didn't look clean. Bathroom sink was clogged really bad. Even lower priced properties offer disposable carpet slippers but not this hotel. I prepaid for breakfast and found that made me eligible for one fixed item on the menu that was priced at half of what I had paid. They charged me for airport transfer and later called an Uber whom they paid a quarter of what they charged me. Scammy, dirty, and inadequate. Will NOT visit again.
