朝食付きとなっていながら用意していなかったので食べるのをやめました。 いろいろな所が汚くインドらしいと言えば良いのでしょうか？ 外出する時、毎回チェックアウトか？と聞かれた。 飛行機の時間が夜だったのでフロントスタッフに交渉した所、時間までいて良いと言われたのですが、実際には追い出され、2,000ルピーを取られた。 空港まで送り代サービスと言っていたのに空港に到着した時500ルピー取られた。（Uberの方が安いです）

深夜着で到着してUberが来なくホテルに到着が深夜2:30でしたが、事前に連絡していたからなのか、おじさんがロビーで寝て待っていてくれました。 受付時、税金とサービス料がかかると言われましたが、サイトを見せながら支払いはしてあると言うと不満そうでした。 朝食は無料となってましたが、やる気がないのか用意していないみたいだったので食べなかったです。 空港から近い所で着陸する飛行機の真下なので飛行機好きなら良いですが、慣れないとうるさいかもしれないです。 中心部まで30km位ありUberで40分位でした。600ルピー位(1,000円)位でした。 夜到着してここで1泊位して…とか安く泊まりたい方も良いと思います。

My mom stayed here only for a few hours during an airport layover. Got bitten by some kind of a bug on her neck. Has had surgery to get the septic extracted as she had a big lump growing on her neck hours after leaving the place. We have spent 5 days in the hospital due to her surgery as it grew inside her skin and were not able to drain it. Cleanliness is not maintained. Please avoid for your own good.

Staff were great - accommodation smelly, dirty and the bed was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard

Terrible hotel. They adjust their location on map of hotels on Expedia show this hotel just walkable around 800 m from Terminal 2 of Bangalore airport. But this hotel 5 km far away in remote area. The nearest bus station is 1.5 km and i must ask hotel call taxi. Room is dirty and have bedbugs. Breakfast they bought from outside very simple and vegetables look made yesterday. It seems nó guest in hotel and dinning room is dirty. Staff said free pick up or drop off to airport but they tell a lie, you must pay all. Don't stay here and Expedia please exclude this hotel out of your list. In India please recheck carefully all cheap hotels, hostels about their correct location, clearness, facilities and healthcare. Bedbugs was a lot and you can not sleep to fight them all night.

Not satisfactory

Terrible experience. Not as advertised.

It was a terrible stay starting from the check-in. We booked 2 rooms but the hotel provided only 1 room. The AC was poorly functioning, the switch boards were unsafe, a lose electric wire was hanging off the headboard, bathroom tap was broken, there was no shampoo, no conditioner or soap for shower. The breakfast time was supposed to start from 8am but there was no staff available around until 8:30 am. A little boy was managing the helpdesk. He was nice but the overall hotel experience waa terrible. Last but not the least the mattress was too firm and springy to sleep.

Did not stay at hotel. No hot water for shower. Staff provided heating bar, but the socket was so high it would reach the bucket. Were told to hear the water in room and carry back. Socket were unsafe, cheap plastic, potential for shocks. Asked for refund, but were declined. Would not recommend this hotel, until lots of improvements are made.

Rooms are good . But no hot water for shower. No one was present ask any help .It’s near to airport other than that nothing is good .No service was there . Only me n my mother was in the whole hotel.It’s in remote place no place for food or any convenience for taxi .

The residency is not what is advertised. The electrical is very poor, very cheap plastic and potential for shocks. No hot water and when asked to use hot rod, the socket is very high and does not reach the bucket. Have to heat the water in bed room and take to bathroom.

Bedding was filthy. No hot water. Insufficient lighting. Noisy. Lousy food. No one answers phone. What's there not to like about this place?

This hotel is not within the airport vicinity, it is miles away. The location on the map is wrong.

Very remote location, rooms are below average, air condition and WiFi worked ok, besides that everything was a disaster in my 10 hrs stay.

Service was terrible, no hot water , washroom was not clean. Morning breakfast no option at all.
