Excellent staff! Great spacious room. Clean and functional washroom. Some technical difficulties; there was power outage few times due to cold weather. During our 5 night stay, their internet was not functional because the technician never came to fix. Room service is very good, especially they have awesome chai.

As an American traveling through the area, I was very relieved and happy to find a modern, clean and friendly hotel in Pathankot that accepts foreign guests. This hotel is a gem. (I visited other hotels but they were dirty and unpleasant or they refused to accept American guests due to the C-form which I found out is some kind of government form to track foreign visitors for safety reasons) This property is clearly very new, and the interior looks very modern and even elegant. The rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is large too. The manager deserves a special mention. It is rare to see a hotel manager who is so kind and helpful to the guests. I really appreciated the warm welcome he gave me. He greeted me warmly when I arrived there, he gave some free bottles of water, he gave me a wake-up call at 5:45 AM so that I could take an early train, and he helped me wave down a tuktuk. If you are looking for a relaxing and lovely place to stay for the night in Pathankot, this is a GREAT option.
