朝食の種類が少なく、インド風のものばかりだった。どのスタッフも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれて過ごしやすかったし、日本人慣れしてる感じがした。

少し古いけど家具などの設備にはいいものを使っているのが分かる。 但し貴重品ボックスの電池切れと少し機微臭い部屋は気になった。しかし、朝食時のウェイターやチェックアウト時のスタッフの対応は素晴らしかったので帳消しですね。

I booked this property based on all the rave reviews and I shudder to think what a property without rave reviews would look like in Aurangabad. The white linens were dirty and I had to request they be changed (after night one, unfortunately). The bathrooms were OK. The shower was clunky and sprayed water everywhere. Hotel soap, shampoo etc. were merely OK. The safe wasn't secured to anything, so anyone could have just lifted your passport and valuables with the whole safe from the room--so, I did not use the safe. Very inconvenient. Fairly constant smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms (someone smoking in the rooms?). The food is very overpriced and merely OK. However, the service is very responsive and they seem to care about this. The staff gave us four bottles of water a day, and this is very good. The fridge was dirty and I barely used it. The AC worked well. With the fan, it was a cool room for sure and I appreciated it after long hot/humid days exploring the caves in Ajanta and Ellora. Decent WiFi access is available in the hotel rooms. For the price, this hotel needs to be better--especially on the cleanliness scale. And this hotel is NOT anywhere close to a 3-star hotel (think La Quinta or Red Roof Inn, not Sheraton or Hilton or Westin), never mind the 4 or 4.5 star that it advertises itself to be.

Everything is great

We had a lovely stay at this hotel whilst visiting Ajanta and Ellora caves. The staff were all very obliging. The buffet breakfasts and dinner were very good, offering a range of Indian and western food. Considering it was a 5 star hotel, I thought the restaurant and bar prices were quite reasonably priced. The Indian dinner wine however, was not very good… way too sweet and quite expensive to boot. Stick with the beer or the gin.

Very nice experience, The hotel is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous gardens and good restaurant and big comfortable, clean rooms. The brass decorations and woodcrafted furniture make this place a heritage style venue. The gym is really good and the pool is clean and big. There is a good problem resolution from the managers, they really made an effort to make our experience pleasant, it is wonderful to see women as managers at reception, they are so nice and proactive, very professional, also Sanjay the floor manager was very kind and helpful.

Amazing stay at Ambassador, Aurngabad. Food quality is very good. Hotel rooms, surrounding campus was amazing.

Good environment, great staff, nice breakfast, enjoyed a lot with family.

Good property

If you wish to experience cave stay then this hotel is perfect for you. Looks like ancient Indian hotel and the rooms and toilet smells like we are inside a cave. Not stay worthy, I never recommend this hotel at all. Have a look of attached photos of toilet/bathroom of an executive room, room no.105.

No value for money at all. Old furniture and fixtures. Hotel needs refurbishment. No napkin towels were there in the room. No paper or any other napkins were there in the common washrooms in the lobby. Never choose this hotel unless you don't have another options.

The Ambassador Ajanta is an older property. While in some ways it looks dated, it is still a very nice hotel with great service overall. The front desk staff, especially Tasleem, were very helpful. They also accommodated our late checkout even when they were fully booked. I would say there was some confusion about our kids. Expedia says 0-17 are kids, but the hotel said anyone about 6 is an adult. I booked my room based off of what Expedia said. Initially the hotel wanted to charge me for the kids as adults. However when I showed them screenshots from Expedia, they let us go by what we had booked and didn’t charge for the kids.

Great choice for tourists visiting Aurangabad, and the many sights it has to offer. The hotel has truly lovely grounds and pool area, a welcoming bar and restaurant, comfortable guest rooms, and attentive staff. Many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

It's rated as 4 star but is really 3 star. Decent hotel. The water pump broke down and we had no water for a few hours. Apart from that, the hotel was fine. The staff were super helpful though.

The service was great, but the rooms are incredibly outdated. It would not be a big deal otherwise, but the bathrooms need immediate attention. There was black mold in the shower. The shower curtain and bath mat were covered in mold. These are easily replaceable items! which shows the conscious disregard for cleanliness from the hotel management.

Good need to improve. Poor quality of foods. No one even clean the table. Cockroaches in Bathroom.

The staff is friendly, the property looks dated, there is need to upgrade the equipment in the room.

The property it is very nice. It has all the amenities you need, their customer service it is great. specially the staff they make you fill at home. The breakfast buffet it is very good and their dinner was awesome. The only issue was the level of noise coming street window. Need to be replace to block the heavy traffic noise. The room are large and I was very happy staying there. Thanks for the airport pick up. The hotel is also close to the train station. I want to thank the travel desk they have for arranging the two day car and driver. It made it easy to visit the tourist attractions.
