There is no contract between Expidea with the Ashok Country resort hotel (according to the Hotel), since they have changed the E-Mail! There was no room booked for me and I had to book it again for the first night (eg full amount) and did not got any room for the second night I cannot reach Expdia to get a refund. Do not book this hotel over Expdia, you need to book it directly on the page. Probably it is the same with all the other agencies.

The check in did not happen using tbe booking from hotels.com, i had to pay to property to make a seperate booking as they dont accept booking through expedia. This is the worst experience i had with Hotels.com, the online agent james told me that they will escalate this issue and get back to me soon.

Hotel mediocre. Deludente considerando che risulta essere riportato sulla lonely planet. La logica di funzionamento delle luci della camera rimane un mistero (spente le luci non risultano essere più alimentate le prese elettriche, necessarie ad esempio per ricaricare le batterie durante la notte). Il costo della navetta aeroportuale previsto dall'hotel è eccessivo (1.500 INR il pick-up e 1.000 INR il drop-off), hotel nella stessa area con categorie assimilabili effettuano il servizio al 50% di tale importo...sebbene la scelta più vantaggiosi sia quella di prendere direttamente un taxi nella strada limitrofa a circa 300 INR.

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport for the end of our trip in India and for the pool. We had previously paid a little more and stayed in Aero city on our arrival. We stayed three nights and after continually complaining about cold water we got a hot shower on our last day. We were told we should have informed reception fifteen minutes beforehand if we needed hot water. The hotel itself could be a lot better than it was. There are lots of staff but the service is not good. It was either incredibly slow or I was asked three times by the same waiter if I wanted omelette for breakfast.... The pool area is incredibly tired looking and the spa area looks almost abandoned. The one saving grace of this place is that the food is very good.

Early morning while wakibg up, its a nice experience to wake up with birds sweet singing noises. I love it.

We stayed one night in the Ashok Country Resort... worst night of all during our 10day stay in India: dark, dusty room. Very uncomfortable bed. Both of us got really sick and the hotel abused the opportunity to charge us extra. So in summary: never stay in Ashok Country Resort

Good Value and wel run hotel. Nice breakfast. Unique property for the airport area. Nice grounds. Older property but nicely done and well mauintained despite being a little out of date. Bathroom great and plenty warm water in shower. .

Het hotel ligt 15 minuten van de luchthaven, wel wat lastig te vinden voor veel taxicheuffeurs en tuktuks. De prijs die het hotel vraagt voor een taxi is het 2,5-voud van de normale prijs. Het personeel regelt wel via uber o.i.d. een taxi voor je. Hotelkamers zijn prima, het eten is goed. De mensen zijn er vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Een groot pluspunt is een tuin met zwembad, waar je relatief rustig kunt zitten/liggen om wat uren te overbruggen tussen een vlucht in.

The hotel offered excellent and helpful service, even for our post-midnight check-in, with nice grounds and a moderately successful attempt at elegance. Thought the room was comfortable enough, it was oddly wired for controlling the lights and very poorly wired for electrical outlets to charge personal electronic devices. Good value, especially for a stopover before or after a flight.

It was a nice stay in this hotel. Room was clean , staff was cooperative, ambience was good. Only drawback is that it takes time to reach this hotel

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura la notte prima del rientro in Italia in quanto si trova vicino all'aeroporto. Ok per una notte.

Returned to this hotel on our stopover at Delhi as we had found it so comfortable on first visit. It didn't disappoint. Again we were greeted with a cooling lemon drink and the staff remembered us. We certainly felt welcomed. Staff were very açommodating with our requests ... on first visit they opened dining room early so we could have breakfast before an early flight. The attendants were always ready to collect bags from our room and all staff were friendly. This is so nice to experience when travelling. Finally the rooms were well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool area were beautiful. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The hotel is in a very quiet area, no shops around. A texi is needed to reach the nearby malls. The room wasn´t very clean this time, dust was on the floor as well as dead cockroaches. The hotel has a nice garden and a pool area. The whole house would need a renovation. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

No wifi in rooms, refurbish needed but very attentive staff and good breakfast

Stay was fine. Food was overpriced.

Wonderful stay at this hotel! Pool water was not the most clean but otherwise wonderful place.
