ATRIO by Devam（アトリオ バイ デヴァム）

It's a nice place. It's not perfect, but when one takes into consideration that this is India, it is a very nice hotel. The staff were very accommodating and the bed was comfortable. I'd stay there again.

I only booked this hotel because it mentioned Gym, Yoga, and Airport Shuttle. There was none of the mentioned. False advertising,

Except for the service being a bit slow, everything else is good.

Convenient for Delhi airport but hotel has seen better days. The room had mould in it and smelt bad. Walls are very thin so could hear next door talking. Staff are great though.

They said they have a sport room. Its written on their page on hotel.com, but they don't have a sport room. I choose this hotel only for this ! I pay 20€ more otherwise i could have choose an hotel next to the airport. I ask hotel.com to have a partial refund, and the hotel refused. I don't like hotel who lies and don't treat client in an good way afterwhat.

Terrible hotel. Filthy bedsheets. Broken showers . Room service trays lefts for hours and smell is horrendous. Leaking roof covering in plastic and about to burst . Breakfast limited. Crockery dirty , milk had mosquito in it . No orange juice . Undercooked raw toast !! Totally unacceptable and when we complained not even an apology or any form of offer of compensation!! Thankfully we were only there for a few hours !! Stay away

Perfect stay As good as 5 Star facility.

Everything was good, but the hallway outside the rooms on the ground floor smelt really strong like fuel.

We have stayed in this hotel on more than one occasion now whenever we've travelled to Delhi and it has always been a pleasurable experience. The hotel is located close to the airport and in a quiet location off of the highway. The pool is partly shaded and that means we can use it at certain times of the day without the risk of burning. The food is excellent and is something we look forward to whenever we visit; our three year old enjoys the food and drink options on their menu which is a big positive for us. The only criticism we have is that it can be noisy at night which suggests the rooms are not completely soundproof. We had to ask for reception to speak to a neighbouring set of rooms where an extended family was roaming between their two rooms in the early hours (midnight to 3am) with no regard for others in the vicinity. This, after a long distance flight from the UK, made sleeping quite challenging and it is made clear in other hotels that whenever a 'quiet policy/time' is in action. Otherwise this hotel comes recommended. We have enjoyed our stays there and would book again if we travel back to Delhi.

Good reasonable hotel, not too far from airport. Staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast good and restaurant on site was also good.

Average place, if we compare with Radiason blu, Radiaaon is more good

Nice big room with table and chairs, cupboard, TV. Good space for suitcases. Very nice breakfast. A quite atmosphere both within and outside of building.

Hotel set set on a quiet back road, but no where to walk around it. You need a taxi if you want to go out. Easy check in and eventually nice room. First room smelled of smoke and we asked to change. We arrived hot and dusty and asked for a beer. Told they don't sell alcohol as don't have a license. I didn't see this mentioned in any other review. The Hotel was very empty ( it is more an events place I think) so we were told the buffet not available. Chose breakfast from the menu.450 rupees for tiny plate of fruit! We complained and we're told we could pay 650 for buffet menu!! Communication really needs proving. I do not recommend staying here, there is a far nicer and cheaper place just up the road.

We had a very nice stay at ATRIO. The room was very clean, spacious and had all of the facilities we needed for our visit; our two-year-old daughter felt very comfortable with the staff and around the hotel. She was even given a tour of the complex in a golf buggy which she loved! :) The pool was well kept and the restaurant had an excellent range of food and beverages that, again, contained options for a sometimes fussy toddler. We would happily stay again when we next go to Delhi.

Shower unit not rightly built as water spills out of the showering area as there is no door. Bidet sprayer was very hard to press. Need some repair. Lights in the room are not on right places. Properties in the adjoining area are farm houses and sounds of DJ kept disturbing till 1am in the morning. Early morning construction worker started working and it was quite disturbing.

Rooms are too dirty, and walls are patchy.. No light in the walkway in night. Charged Rs 800 for buffet during online booking, but no breakfast buffet available - complementary breakfast given with limited menu. Dinner is costly costly.. Idly is 450, Dosa is 550, Poha is 450.. Simply roti and curry costed 1800. No nearby restaurant, so forced to eat whatever and whatever the price. Way to costly and not worth the money
