椅子を引くとき床と擦れて嫌な音がでる。 インターネット上の情報（特に部屋の間取り）がよく分からず不安だった。 それ以外はとても良いホテルでした。

部屋が綺麗で、ビーチも近く快適でした。 ただ、食事中に野良猫がご飯をねだってくるので、その辺りはホテルで対応してほしかったです。

施設全体が、清潔で雰囲気も良く、快適に過ごせました。 客室やテラス、宿泊棟ごとの共用ラウンジ、プールサイド、木陰のベンチなど、自由にくつろげる場所がいろいろあり、お好みの場所でリラックスできます。 客室棟からビーチまでは、椰子に囲まれたゲスト専用通路を通って、徒歩3〜5分程度です。ビーチサイドにも、ホテルゲスト用の休憩所とバーがあります。ビーチ用タオルのレンタルも可能です。敷地の外に出ても、お手軽に使える海の家が軒を連ねています。ビーチは遠浅で広々としており、レスキューが待機しています。比較的賑やかなコルバビーチまでは距離約1.5kmで、車なら5分程度、浜辺を歩くと所要20分ちょっとです。 敷地内のプールは、実質1箇所ですが、水深が浅い部分が柵で仕切られているので、小さな子でも安心して遊べます。 朝食バイキングの品揃えは、典型的な洋朝食メニュー中心ですが、インド的なメニューも多少は用意されています。 宿泊棟ごとに、広々とした共用キッチンがあるので、グループで食材を持ち込んで、ちょっとしたパーティーを開くことも可能です。 生ライブ•ウォーキングラリー•卓球大会など、ホテル主催の日替わりイベントが毎日あり、ゲストは自由に参加できます。 ペットボトルの水は、毎日2本補充されます。 夕涼みに出て自室に帰ると、室内にさり気なくクッキーが置いてあったりして、スタッフのちょっとした気遣いを感じさせます。全体的に、気さくでフレンドリーですが、しつこすぎることはなく、心地良い距離感でゲストに接するスタッフが多いです。 Wi-Fiは、アクセスポイントがたくさんあり、館内のほぼ全域で無線接続可能ですが、通信速度は、あまり早くありません。TV用の電波が弱いらしく、時々画面が固まったり音声が途切れたりしていました。予約サイト上の表記では、客室にDVDプレーヤーがあるように書いてありましたが、実際に利用した客室にはありませんでした。

What a fabulous hotel and resort. I find it hard to fault anything atall. The staff were super efficient and in plentiful supply; the accommodation was lovely (although our terrace lacked a nice view - my only small criticism that can't be helped in any case); the food options were amazing and the pool was top class. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights with two other couples and we all loved it. Even the constant parade of weddings was a joy as the guests were dressed in immaculate local attire. A superb hotel that I could not recommend highly enough.

Beleza is a wonderful property. Great pools, wonderful staff, excellent food. Really happy with it from all aspects. Room was spacious and clean. Overall excellent

I never stayed but was charged the full amount for 5 nights based on the cancellation policy. I had mistakenly booked two different hotels for the same period. On a human level, I believe the hotel would have been able to offer some partial refund after all the advocacy from Expedia and the explanation from me. It is a popular hotel and high-demand hotel that is often sold out. I would advise anyone looking for a hotel to avoid places that charge more than the first night and don’t allow cancellation up to a day before check in. I also think think it might be worth making reservations directly with a hotel rather than expedia as it has no influence or is not respected by hotels using the platform.

Bel endroit, entre rizière et océan. Restaurant de qualité ( quoique un peu cher pour Goa..). Piscine exceptionnelle ! Longueur, atmosphère... Longue plage de sable fin.

I had an amazing stay at Beleza which is located right next to an amazing beach. The buffet breakfast has a great range of indian and continental dishes and staff are friendly throughout. The resort has a chilled energy which is great for relaxing and I felt very safe and looked after as a solo traveller. I would recommend the spa for their signature massage. Taxi and dinner prices can be a little pricey but useful if not leaving the resort.

Overall very good place for family or couples. Spa was very clean and very good. This place is in a remote location so if you’re are planning to visit nearby town taxi charges could add up.

Hotel is good and food is excellent. However, commuting is a problem to and from this place. A lot of scam by the taxi; drivers bargain the agreed price at the last moment because of which we had to cancel our program of the day. This was annoying and frustrating to a tourist. Unless one has a private vehicle, it’s useless coming to Goa; otherwise staying inside the hotel is the only option for you.

The property is in an excellent location, close to Betalbatim Beach, which is both beautiful and relatively clean. There’s a lovely beachfront restaurant, Nazare, that offers recliners for sunbathing and private access to the beach. Additionally, there are a couple of showers available to rinse off after returning from the beach. The property features a well-maintained pool area and two restaurants with a variety of good dining options. It is located in a quiet South Goa area, offering a peaceful retreat away from the parties and nightlife of North Goa, making it perfect for those seeking relaxation. I would have rated the stay 5 stars if the Wi-Fi had been more reliable. Another suggestion for improvement would be to provide beach umbrellas, beach mats, and mallets for guests to borrow and take to the beach. It would also be great if non-dairy milk alternatives, such as oat milk, were available at breakfast to cater to different dietary preferences. Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience.

Beautiful hotel, would stay again

Great property, specially if you are coming with family

Lovely stay here, however a few issues regarding taxis. Thankfully we rang when arriving at Mumbai airport or else we wouldn’t have had a taxi when arriving at Goa airport which we had booked. Always able to get a sun lounger around the pool/beach area. Rooms were slightly noisy with guests shouting up the stairs to other guests at 2am two nights in a row and also random calls to our room phone. Good choice of day trips, however you need to use THEIR drivers which sit outside of the hotel gate. Food at the hotel was decent, good choice of things for breakfast however lunch menu could be expanded. We only had dinner there twice as found the beach shacks a better atmosphere in the evenings. Bar staff were lovely in the evenings and couldn’t do enough for you.
