We requested two keys at booking, but were denied it. Very inconvenient when there are three people. They should have replied to say the will not provide two keys. We would then have had the option of looking elsewhere.
There was just one socket to charge phones or the kettle in a room for 3 people. We had to ask for an extension which was dirty and sticky!
The kettle wire was frayed, something they need to look into. Also, we could not use the drawers in the bedside tables as they had switches attached to them. When you open the drawer you end up stretching the wires attached to the switches. In one of the drawer the wires had come off the switches and the live ends were waiting for an unsuspecting hand.
The TV did not work, neither did the locker. But we didn't bother getting them sorted.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful (apart from the key issue) as was the person who cleaned the room and the staff in the dining area.

Had complications about billing. Eventually they understood I had already paid.
They advertise rooms with two king beds. Such rooms do not exist. I ordered king bed well in advance since I am recovering from surgery and that would work best. I ultimately got it after significant effort.

Expedia has to revisit this property and decide whether to keep in their list or not.
The room smelled mucky. The bathroom did not have exhaust fan and unclean shower curtain. A/C was very old and no proper air circulation.
Customer service is mixed. The manager on the first day was very rude. Most of the staff members were very polite. Had to request multiple times to change the shower curtain which was smelling so bad and had stains that looked like poop.
Rooms were very small to allow 3 persons. Advertised to accommodate 3 persons with 2 queen beds. All I got was a single queen bed. So just stayed by myself.
Location and external look are the plus points along with some friendly staff members.

Sadly check in experience left a sour taste. Totally unprofessional and substandard behaviour of check in staff. Check in time is 12Noon. Flying international and reached at 2am. The check in person refused to allow me to check in even if I paid an extra day. Refused entry to the lobby as well.Totally unprofessional attitude. No apologies were ever tendered. Overall a mixed experience

The room facilities are very old and dated (especially the washroom). Washroom door also wouldn't close and the thermostat is difficult to operate (the switch jams and there is no functioning automatic mode). The staff was great overall but one evening during dinner at the restaurant, I witnessed a waiter coughing, then running into the kitchen and spitting off to the side. Another waiter was also loudly sniffling - not appealing because I don't want to get sick! Overall it is good value for the price, but not upscale.
