ホテル内でのアクティビティが充実しており、大満足の宿泊となりました。 【主なアクティビティ】 ・朝ヨガ ・サンセットクルーズ ・料理のデモンストレーション フォートコーチンの主要エリアはほとんど歩いて回れるロケーションも良かったです。 周辺地域は観光地ながらもオートリクシャーの勧誘も控えめで、外国人にとっても安心して旅行できるエリアだと思います。

オフシーズンでゲストはほんの数組しかいないのに、レストランのテーブルセッティングが完璧にされていてすごいなと思いました。ホテルの周りはいろいろみて回るのにとても便利です。

コーチンの植民地時代のホテルを体験したいならお勧めです。注意すべきはアクセス。2015年12月に利用したのですが、一部の道路が不通になっており、空港のタクシーでは直接ホテルまで乗り付けることができないとのことで、対岸の船着場まで連れて行かれました。渡し舟は地元の人たちが利用するもので、船賃は3ルピー（！）ですが、英語はほとんど通じないので、ほんとうにホテルに行けるかどうか戸惑いました。ホテルは船着場の隣です。面倒を避けるなら、ホテルに空港からの送迎を頼んだほうがいいでしょう。

やはり一流だけあって、スタッフはよく訓練されており、とても気持ち良く過ごせました。部屋は一階でしたが、海に面しており、静かな部屋から時折聞こえる汽船の音も異国情緒たっぷりでした。食事もとても美味しかったです。部屋も寒すぎず、過ごしやすい温度でした。

かつては船の修理工場だった建物はクラシックな雰囲気で大変良かった。 スタッフの応対も懇切丁寧で、インドにありがちな押し売りサービスとは隔絶の感。 レンタサイクルを無料で利用できたり、料理教室も無料で体験できたりとサービスは申し分なし。 プールからの眺望も良く、レストランも２つあって使い分けできる点が気に入った。

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc.

One of my top ten hotels anywhere. World-class service and comfort with gracious staff. I will be back!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The room offered a stunning sea view, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our stay. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of fresh options. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome drinks and coconut hair flowers — a true example of excellent hospitality.

A good place to stay if you are visiting Fort Kochi.

The staff was exceptional. Always waiting to see what we need and how they can help. Our room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable we slept great!

This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. All the staff were excellent but I give particular thanks to Arun who could not do enough for us. I was also highly impressed with the hotels very real efforts to eliminate the use of plastics an recycle anything they could.

This is a beautiful, relaxing luxury hotel in an excellent location for sightseeing in Fort Cochin. The hotel stay includes a number of complimentary activities to enrich your stay including an excellent early morning walking tour and a lovely narrated boat ride around the bay at sunset. The charming front office manager Mr. Arun Anthony narrated the boat tour and easily spoke about the history and cultures of this beautiful place. The food was excellent at the restaurants and the staff were gracious throughout the hotel. Do not hesitate to book your airport transportation through the hotel. The drivers are excellent and you are helped and escorted up to the airport security gate upon departure. The service is reasonably priced. Mr. Ashal was our escort through the airport and he was most helpful. A memorable hotel. Book an oceanview room to enjoy the sight of the container ships and fishing boats coming and going. This is also a very eco-conscious property. We highly recommend this property.

Our favorite place to stay by far. This was our fourth stay here. We like the fact that it only has a small number of rooms and has a boutique hotel feel to it. Its location is great. It is a short walk to ferries that one can take to Ernakulam thereby cutting down on travel time. The restaurants are excellent and there is no need to leave the property to find other dining options if one is not inclined to leave the place. The Armory restaurant with its outdoor seating area is our favorite and Vysakh and Fredy made sure to keep our glasses topped up and plates always full. There are many on site activities like the yoga session, history walk around Fort Kochi, high tea, evening boat cruise offered by the property and we have at one time or another made use of them.

Arriving we were not aware of the surrounding area. Lots to see and quite safe. Don’t be fooled…go for a walk and see more!

Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting.

Fantastiskt fint hotell med ypperlig service. Vacker båttur i solnedgången. Vi bokade också en sightseeing-seeing-tur med tuctuc vilket var ett utmärkt sätt att se området, inklusive palats, kyrkor och synagoga. Rekommenderas!
