Property needs modernising which will make it more competitive with other Hotels in the area Otherwise no issues

Vi kunne lide det hele. Det var suverænt. Personalet var super gode. Værelset med den store altan brugte vi meget. Vi har ingen klager over noget som helst. Vi håber vi kan få et værelse dernede igen næste år.

1st time in North Goa but have been coming to the south for many years. Hotel on 1st View looks nice but some small things let it down. We weren’t told by the hotel that you needed to leave you key at reception if you want your room cleaned and giving fresh towels. We only found this out on our 2nd day even although we left the please freshen room sign on the door. Also there was a trail of ants running outside on the veranda and with my son sleeping on a mattress on the floor (although we requested a bed) I wanted rid of them. I bought some hit spray and got rid of them this way. Whilst spraying the room I found some more ants around the light switches at the head of our bed.

This is the dirtiest Hotel have ever stayed in. Couldn't open the windows because of the view, or lack of it. Mold all over the bathroom door and ceiling, it was like being in a cell for 3 days. If you pay more than £10 a night you are being ripped off, just like me.

Stayed for three weeks on room only basis. The hotel is a five minute walk to the central area and ten minutes from a quieter area of the beach. My room was on the side with a small balcony only suitable for drying clothes. I might have paid extra for a front room with the full balcony as seen in the photo, but the it faced over the noisier road. The small pool area to the rear had a few loungers but couldn't compete with the beach. The room was a decent size, with seating area within the bedroom. Both the bedroom and connected wetroom were kept immaculately clean on a daily basis. Hot water was always available. All too frequently the floors of these are lethal when wet but this was designed with non slip tiles. Tea/coffee making facilities and minibar were provided. Air conditioning was more difficult to control. The free wifi worked slowly but efficiently allowing me to keep in touch whereas the tv had many channels but none of the news channels were in English. Staff were polite friendly and helpful from cleaners, security, reception or management. I only used the restaurant twice - going into town to find vegetarian food and occupy the evenings. On each occasion service was efficient, food freshly cooked and quite spicy! I enjoyed my stay and would happily return if i go back to Calangute.

Hotelli oli muuten ihan mukava, siisti ja toimiva, mutta ilta ja yö äänet pitivät hereillä. Koirien haukuntaa tosin kuulee joka hotellissa, mutta lisää siihen liikenteen Mölinä (lue:piipit ja torvet) sekä lähi ravintoloiden live musiikki illat. Uima-allas alue kelpasi pika uinnille, ei auringon otolle. Rantaan oli onneksi 7 minuutin kävelymatka. Henkilökunta oli huippumukavia.

Hele goeie hotel met een super goeie restaurant waar alles vers wordt voorbereidt. De bediening en stafmedewerkers zijn ook super aardig en denken met je mee. Kamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Voor de rest is alles binnen handbereik: strand, winkels enz.

Guys you need to ensure what you show online and what you give to customers are same. When looking at pictures and reviews it was supposed to be an excellent room, but what was given was small that the room would finish before it would start. We had to fight with management to fix up the issue and they ended up upgrading the room after paying extra on top of already expensive booked room that to in off season. I would think twice before booking this hotel again as even a late checkout by 2 hours was charged for more that 2 days stay. This is just ridiculous as the room was going to stay empty till evening. There was not point in arguing to anyone as no one was ready to listen or go out of way to help you. The only 2 people we have appreciated during the stay were the person who used to take our lunch order and come to room to drop and pick up and door man outside the hotel. Rest the accommodation looks dated and serious uplift. If I calculate the amount I spent on this accommodation including all the extras charged, it would have been cheaper to stay in Novotel and get excellent service with memorable stay. Holiday is time to come and relax not go through issues.

Went for some lone time over long weekend. Even though the place is comparatively slightly overpriced (wrt the room size, ambience & balcony) the service was very good. Especially the kitchen& room service departments. Ratul from kitchen was exceptionally great. The food was absolutely yummm!!!! We don't prefer hotel room service dinners as we spend our time on shacks at night but Ratul and his men from the kitchen brought us back to hotel for dinner, breakfast and cocktails each and every day. Well done!!!

Het eten in het hotel is super lekker. Word vers bereid. Alle maaltijden zijn goed. Het personeel van het hotel is werkelijk fantastisch. Van Manager tot schoonmaker heel erg behulpzaam. Er wordt ook goed schoongemaakt. Ze staan op elk moment van de dag klaar om de gasten naar de zin te maken.

Good location is the plus point. Reception staff very courteous. Housekeeping not available after 5 pm. And breakfast variety dismal. Overall OK for the price. Good for couples and families too.

Saavuimme hotelliin iltapäivällä ja meille osoitettiin välittömästi huone, johon voisimme majoittua.Huone ei kuitenkaan vastannut sitä, minkä olin varannut, joten pyysin vaihtamaan huoneen sellaiseen, jossa on kunnollinen parveke ja kingsize vuode. Saimme huoneen vaihdettua.Uusi huone oli kolmannessa kerroksessa, joten siellä oli hyvä ilma. Ensiksi tarjottu huone oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, mutta jopa voimakkaiden hajusteiden läpi pystyi haistamaan homeen. Huoneesta puuttui vielä tallelokero, mutta sekin järjestyi illan aikana. Langaton internet-yhteys oli heikko, mutta toimi tietyssä kohdassa huoneessa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta, huone oli siisti, samoin koko hotelli. Erityisen ystävällinen ja avulias oli vastaanotossa työskennellyt Vishnu-niminen nuori mies. Hotelli sijaitsee vilkkaan kadun varressa, joten jonkin verran liikenteen melua kuului, jos piti parvekkeen ovea auki.

Bad hotel,old rooms ,low level lobby, mostly like a lodge, worth maybe max 2000 a night. Around 3 km from beach. Not recommended. Disappointed.

Pathetic service even after charging 4.5 k for each room.. first they deny complimentary breakfast even after showing them the hotels.com mail which had clearly written the same. later on we had to call hotels.com and then they agreed. no bottled water supplied to room. I have never seen such a service whether in India or abroad. it seemed like asking for anything made the hotel staff too arrogant.. one of my friends got sick.. so we asked if the breakfast could be delivered to the room. but the staff bluntly refused to do so and directed me to take the food upstairs. it was written on your site that it had WiFi. but no such service was accessible even after informing the authorities . AC was not working in one of the rooms. Overall the hotel gave us a feeling that they are doing pity on us that too for free. I want this hotel to be removed from your website so that other people doesn't get duped like this in future.
