Property is good for only staying in resort. If you want to explore Udaipur then look at some other place. You have to reach to the resort before the sunset as the way to resort is very silent and non crowded. Not suggesting for couples it’s only for group and suggesting for boys group.

very bad experience. toilets were not in working condition, shower was not operational. high rate for this bad hotel. I have to change the hotel during my trip.high rated food but very poor quality. never ever think of getting this hotel.

I was about to reach the hotel after outdoor visit late in night with family in car, due to remote area location some other car was following us and when they crossed us they made loud sounds and shown fingers at us , getting very scary situation. Also hotel is not upto mark in cleanliness, have to make 4 calls to to get room service, very few people in very big property. Overall not good experience.

The room furniture and the bathrooms are old, need to be updated. The linens and the towels looked super old. They charged extra for driver's room and food, he didn't get food or warm water to take shower. Horrible experience.

The hotel and facilities provided by the hotel is good. the major drawback of this hotel is the location where it is situated - the hotel is in outskirts of the city and to be precise " IN JUNGLE". no street light and roads going to that hotel is also bad. too far from the city (about 20-25 kms)

Go there only if you wish to be between stone factories and a hill, and you wish to be 20 km away from Udaipur city. Please do not follow advise from Hotels.com they have no clue on location of properties.

Our stay at Cambay Spa resort was overall comfortable. The hotel is nicely maintained and staff is polite and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the swimming pool on the back. The breakfast spread every morning is quite good. The bad part is the location of the hotel. It is located far away from the city in an industrial area and takes about 45-60 min to get to the city center. The roads connecting the hotel to the city are in bad shape with lot of trucks and driving gets very uncomfortable. It is not possible to come back to the hotel in the middle of the day and go back to the city. Overall a decent place to stay if you don't mind the bad commute from hotel to the city.

Hotel is good, staff is helpful. However the approach to the hotel is really disappointing. As it is in interiors, it was really difficult to find the hotel in first place, also the mapping is not good at all, the sign-boards are very few, and that too giving poor direction.
