Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available.

Very good place, calm, good for families to relax. I got room with view of the valley, could see Sun rising. Stay was comfortable, service very good. Breakfast selection is also excellent with lot of options. Nice spa. Has Gym and travel desk too.Staff is very much supportive. Wifi is available in lobby.

Although this is a family hotel (with activities for kids), we 2 single ladies enjoyed our stay here so much we extended by 2 nights. Staff was very nice, many spoke decent English and were very helpful when other staff did not. The food was tasty, not Michelin quality, but certainly fine for the money. We were the only non-Indians staying which made it all the more charming for us! Other guests were very friendly and easy to strike up conversations. It was nice being a bit out of town and the views from our side of the building were spectacular! All in all, a good value for money spent.

It was fun. Staff was excellent. Facility was great.

While the overall experience was good and comfortable, initially we were dissatisfied with the smallest rooms that were provided to us, after whole day's travel. The hotel was not updated with our contact #s and hence all the Valley View rooms were allocated to other gueste. We expect that either Hotels.in should have shared our #s or Club Mahindra should have asked for the contact info.
