Quite place with high hospitality. Best for family and friends

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Their strong work ethic and adherence to cultural and traditional greetings were truly heartwarming. Shalini from the restaurant provided exceptional service, always taking great care of us whenever we dined there. Overall, it was a peaceful trip and a pleasant stay.

The resort staff was very humble and welcoming, they just took Hospitality to the next level. Check-in/check-out was smooth and all issues during the stay were well-addressed. The property also has great views and not to forget the food options. Nice food spread in breakfast and dinner. Overall it was a pleasant stay at the property.

Good food for dinner but not for breakfast.. Scenic and serene

Superb valley view with infinity pool, helpful and humble staff, various indoor amenities. We did zipline too but few stuff like rope walking was under maintenance.

This is an excellent property with beautiful views. Breakfast and Dinner though number of varieties, but some improvement needed - like omelette should be live counter as already cooked omelette gets soggy; chicken tikka items in dinner should be boneless but pieces with bone were served that too they were burnt most of the times. Staff is helpful and courteous. Overall a good resort deducting one star only for food quality.

Fantastic experience and great hospitality

The property location is good (3.5/5, but don't get so excited by the aerial shot, it's too hyped. Many homestay in coorg has such views). Interiors 2.5/5 (not even closer to any 3 star property though they claim a 4 star). The service is good (3.5/5 no personalized attention though, so would not rate as great service). The food is great (4.5/5). Overall nothing is outstanding for the money we pay, except food So, value for money 2/5. The price pulls down the property's overall rating. Overall 3/5

Amazing experience at this resort for a family gateway. The valley view rooms have amazing views, staff was excellent and the food was good too. Avinash took us through a very informative and interesting nature walk, one of the highlight of our stay

The views from this resort are out of the world. The place is quite big and has stellar views over looking the coffee plantations in the coorg Valley. The place is neat and clean and the staff is very cordial. There is just 1 restaurant and the menu is a bit limited. There are no other places around for food(closest is 5 KMs away) so you have to rely on what's available in the resort. There are adventure activities which could be a good engagement for group travelers. The rooms are fairly sized with large washrooms but don't expect a 5 star levels else you may be left wanting. All in all a worth it place but watch out, the tariffs may be unreasonably high over long weekends etc

Likes: View, View, View..to an extend food. Special mention to Restaurant staffs. Plantation walk Dislikes: Standard room is absolute No..No. Toilets looks like the ones in some city lodge not a resort. havent seen the other rooms so cannot comment much. Room serivice is not managed well, they dont even have a Iron box! Room cleaning not available after 6PM. Overall feedback: Its a decent stay for family for a day, nothing wow (view is amazing). I think its over rated for its luxury resort badge. Try to get good deals, than its worth. Paying a premium to stay here is not worth. Dont reccomend it Honey moon couples. Its best for family with kids.

A well situated property in Coorg district with close proximity to famous sightseeing options. The nearest town or market is at least 6kms from the property, therefore, please carry your essentials in advance. The staff is good and I appreciated their hospitality.
