Hotel is very good. There are not any fine stores in and around hotel.

1. Found dust on the desk 2. Found heavy dust accumulation at the back side code of bed table. 3. Shower head is leaking from neck, so water comes out from the neck, too. and shower head sitting part is loosen, so very difficult to fix the position of shower head. 4. tap water color is something like yellow, not transparent. 5. when I had room service for fruit, the person brought fruit to my room had very strong body smell. 6. at 2nd day, I found the bath tub is not cleaned at all, it was same as after I used in the first night. so I cleaned by myself. 7. bathrobe which I used on 1st night and hang on the bath room was not changed and as it was.

レセプションの対応に改善が必要。接し方が横柄。 Debit cardはDepositに使えない、Credit cardを出して欲しいと横柄な対応。 迎えの車両はホテルエントランスで待つことはできないので、ホテルの外で待てとし、GATEを通してくれない等、不快感を感じさせられた。 一方、レストランのスタッフ、ルームキーパーは非常にフレンドリーであり、朝食もOK、部屋もOKなので、上述の対応は残念に思う。

First trip to India, and first hotel in India. Well cleaned room and satisfying variation of amenity goods. Restaurant I visited (Italian / Chinese) provided good quality of services and foods. WiFi worked well. Nice breakfast. Still, my colleague in India told me not to walk outside hotel at night.

At first glance, this place looked like the Ritz, but don't be fooled. The front desk manager was super friendly and upgraded our room, which was a nice touch. But, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The bathroom was fancy, but they forgot to refill the soap dispenser, so I was stuck mid-shower with nothing to clean myself with. And don't even get me started on the food - it was like they hired a bunch of amateur cooks who had no idea what they were doing. The buffet was a joke, with empty pots and servers who seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually serving the guests. Overall, I'd say this place was a major disappointment.

The property allowed parties until 10 PM in the night with loud speakers. Not sure how business guests will conduct business in this property. I complained about it but the party continued until 10 PM with loud speakers, people shouting. Did not get sleep at all.

I had a great experience staying at CrownePlaza Noida. The staff were very courteous and helpful. A special note of thanks to the Guest Relations Manager, Yashodhara who went out of her way to help me get an essential item that I had forgotten to carry. It is actions like these, which make our stays special. Keep up the good work.

In room dinning experience was not good , long wait time and not following the instruction of what is to be served . Unprofessional approach to the guests by in house restaurants .

It was a goo stay.

The stay was alright but I do not understand why your swimming pool does not open before 8 am and why was it shut before 8 pm because it was drizzling? If you are swimming anyway, how does the rain bother a user? For a business traveler in particular, a pool can either be used early in the morning or late at night.

Your food price is too high as compare to other hotels

Amazing

Located in a dust bowl in Greater Noida. Had a loud, crowded wedding happening during my stay which ruined plans for a peaceful stay. Both Crowne Plaza and Expedia are struggling to give me a GST invoice for my stay, which is a basic requirement in India.

Excellent hotel, professional staff and good location for Noida / Delhi for a business trip.

My room was full of mosquites that buzzed in my ear and bit my face all night. I woke up in the morning with more than 10 mosquito bites on my face and my eyelid swollen shut. I complained to multiple staff members and they didn't do anything about it, not even apologize.

Service was excellent but the surrounding area is not lively

Some druken person kocked and push the button, is it normal activity as of adults?
