ニューデリーの中心地からは、離れているため周辺には、これといった買い物が出来るところが少ない様に思える。ホテル自体は、とてもきれいだと思います。

Food was not as good as the price.

ニューデリーのホテルでは、最高の快適性だと思いました。施設も充実しており、今回はプールを利用する時間が無かったことが残念です。

Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel overall needs a few upgrades.

We stayed for 5 days in April 2020. We were very grateful to get one of the accessible rooms on the 5th floor which was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as always with many choices and Kavita and Upendar very helpful. Mahipal helped us with transportation, driving 600 kms in 5 days to get us everywhere we wanted. Thank you very much and we will visit again.

Great hotel

The Lift's were broken way too many times. Card/Key just randomly stopped working. Security guard at the entry was the nicest of all of the staff members. Some Staff Members weren't able to speak the english language. So a bit difficult for international/business travelers. But there was a solution in time to every problem at least

We usually stay in the centre of Delhi, but as we wanted to be close to a wedding venue, we stayed here for the first time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Walking distance from couple of malls which is very convenient. Shoppers Stop is next to the hotel, which was helpful for me for some urgent shopping for the wedding. The staff at the saloon and spa were excellent.

Breakfast was really good, had a great experience staying there, truly one of the best.

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand neben einem Freizeitpark. Kleinere shopping malls fussläufig erreichbar. Für uns war es nur eine Übernachtung. Für Leute die sightseeing machen wollen ist das Hotel ungeeignet. Alles war ok. Crowne Plaza Hitels sind in der Regel immer gut. Der Pool wurde gerade renoviert. Frühstücksbuffet alles was man braucht. Wie überall gibt es freundliches Personal und unfreundliches.

This property was a long way from airport and any sightseeing. Many weddings are held here where they bang very loud drums and music through out the night and again at 5am. This is ok if you are staying for that function but as a guest looking for 5 star not for me. Also the pool was empty and no spa. They charged us A$7 for a tea bag cup of tea. And A$75 transit each way to the airport. The local area had a slum behind so we were warned not to walk nearby in the evening. So no pool and no outside walking. Then a public holiday with no alcohol allowed. Not much left to do. Oh and the Tv had 3 movie channels in English which we could not find without hotel help, with such old movies. Terrible. Not 5 star.

Our key didnt work the 2nd day itself when we were supposed to stay for 4days, that was the only issue we faced.. otherwise it was excellent..

Nice hotel, near to metro, good atmosphere ,clean, staff were welcoming,helpful and pleasant.breakfast was great. Lots of options,delicious. Stayed 8 nights.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel each day. Rooms are clean and modern with very good layout. The morning breakfast buffet provided a happy start to each day.

Dinning area can do with more staff at Breakfast

Staff communication - terrible, very unprofessional Sofa had so much dust. Unreasonably expensive - paid 19000 for one night stay one room

Staff could not do enough for you and your needs. Very attentive, always asking if we needed anything or they can help us with anything. Excellent hotel. Would recommend.
