バスターミナルに近く、ロケーション通い。 Pothy'sなどのスーパーマーケットも近く徒歩圏。 スタッフも親切。冷蔵庫が冷えない。

駅から近いしバスターミナルはほぼ隣接しているのでバスやインド国鉄で旅する人には便利。

What stood out was the pleasant & courteous staff attitude at the front office & restaurant.

Too Good

The hotel is in a great spot in the city, close to the airport and really close to the train station. Excellent service by staff. They even upgraded me to a nice suite. I reached late at night I could get food from room service. I have stayed here multiple times and I would definitely book again.

Hotel bien situé. Très facile de trouver un tuk tuk en sortant. Chambre vaste et agréable. Calme car l'hotel se trouve au bout d'une allée. Clientèle Indienne en très grande majorité. L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale entre les chambres. Très bon petit déjeuner le matin. Au vu de notre départ très tot le matin nous avons pu avoir un pack breakfast avec un sandwich et barquette de fruits.

Great location for onward travel being so close to the station. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Would recommend the vegetarian restaurant near the entrance. The room was a little tired but overall comfortable.

Everything was excellent except the front desk response. I had to call the desk 5 times to get an extra towel

Awesome location conveniently located close to the railway station and ksrtc stand. Awesome service and very good breakfast that we ordered to the room. Would definitely recommend especially if coming by train or bus and also very close yo Padmanabhaswamy temple.

Excellent. Great location, not too far from the airport and very close to bus station and railway station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinning ,great menu. Hotel has its own cars for sight seeing. Very secure. Shiv Kumar was extremsly helpful in planning sight seeing itinerary. Abhinesh, driver was great and service provided was sbove and beyond. Very pleasant reception desk and great house keeping.

Fine hotel with excellent staff and service. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every moment from our arrival. Everybody in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. The hotel has two restaurants both serving perfect meals served by marvelous staff, We can only recomment eating there and you are very lucky if you get to meet Pooja or assistent manager Silvester. The spa is also amazing, my wife had the best massage ever by Greshma, who does an excellent job with care for your well-being. At the rooftop we had a nice swim in a well-maintained pool taken good care of by the very polite staff-member Prince. We also had our laundry done and it came back on time clean and nicely folded. Only minus for us was that there was no fridge in the room though it says so in the description of the rooms. Never the less we had an amazing stay and will go back anytime if given the oppertunity. Thank you all for doing such a great job!
