New hotel, good location for the Palace, good size room, very clean. Water pressure in shower was exceptional plus plenty of hot water. Staff are friendly and helpful.Breakfast had a good selection (no eggs) ask for a masala dosa! The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was fabulous. The only draw back, it can be noisy inside the hotel corridors, doors banging shut, furniture being moved. Bring ear plugs.

Perfect location easy walking to Mysore Palace. The hotel also has a good rooftop restaurant which affords outdoor dining

It’s fine but their breakfast isn’t very good - both with options and service is slow. It’s the same breakfast every day and they don’t serve any eggs. You have to ask for a safe to be brought into the room as they don’t automatically provide one.

Very friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast awesome

The Hotel was good.big and spacious rooms, beds comfortable, breakfast superb for on the spot pricing, everything about the hotel was good. A few let downs reduces the feel good factor.The first let down being the reception is located on the second floor and rooms above that.Secondly I get a room with no windows because the room falls in the middle of a corridor and is interconnected to another room. The lack of window could have been compensated with better lighting/wood paneling with lights and some sofa set, to give a cozy feeling. Please note. Do check if you have breakfast included in your itinerary. Because the booking aren't does not pass on this detail to the hotel,I went thinking I had breakfast included, only to know that we had pay for it( not expensive) as the itenary didn’t mention it. Overall a good stay but could have been better. I am giving this good review though I had issues with my key card not working, and had to use the interconnected room(also having my family) to access my room every time.

Property condition and cleanliness was tip top.

Newer hotel that was very clean but plumbing and electrical were shoddy. The overhead lights came on at 5am and could not be shut off. Water was dripping in the bathroom from a hose in the shower area. Some outlets would not work for charging phone. The switch turned on fan for AC. The vegetarian phone was good and the roof top dining was very pleasant at night. Will not return!
