Okay place, friendly personal

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Bathrooms could do with updating.

Staff not able to give basic information, hotel does not accept international credit card payments, not value for money. we will not stay there again.

There is no wi fi Internet =. I have to call 6 times in one night stay to get wi fi service.

The neighbourhood is quite noisy and heavy traffic just outside main entrance. The streets and neighbourhood is littered but seems friendly.

Helpful staff and very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Road facing rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

A great hotel, close to the Delhi metro for easy access from the airport

O hotel é de fato excelente. O staff super atencioso, quarto grande e confortável. Tinha um problema no reboco das paredes, mas nada grave. O café da manhã me surpreendeu, estava excelente.A única coisa é a distância. Ele é bem fora de mão e em Delhi, 15km podem ser 2h parado no trânsito. Não tínhamos noção disso e perdemos um tempo considerável. Único ponto negativo.Outra observação: o staff é excessivamente cordial e chega a ser incomodo porque eles fazem tudo por você, até por a comida no prato. Enfim, parte da cultura creio eu.

Really good hotel, especially compared to other, similar price range hotels. Room was perfectly clean, spacious and enjoyable. Service was good, as was the food. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for 2 nights. The front desk clerk was really helpful

Hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Breakfast in the morning was terrific. We arrived about 10 p.m. and wanted to get something light to eat. They turned on the lights of the rooftop restaurant and fix us whatever we wanted. It was great.

On check-in room wasn't ready according to my booking. Room offered was like a servant quarter. Staff was very rude and not helpful. Staff stated room will be provided the next day as the room is still booked. No help provided by staff in moving to the room. Fridge wasn't working. In hot weather not even courtesy of offering a glass of water. No facility for overnight car park. Staff kept accessing room in our absence with no prior arrangements. Doors were not secure as they kept making copies of our room card. The hotel located in slum area and there were no shops within walking distance. No price guide of items kept in room bar. Taxi services provided by hotel was worst as well. I stayed in a different hotel on my return and will never come to this hotel again.

Cet Hotel est parfait , propre avec un personnel à votre écoute et toujours près à vous rendre service Nous avions la chambre 206 , qui n'avait pas de kitchenette parce que cette chambre à un lit très grand lit , plus grand qu'un King size. Le Breakfast est généreux , dans un décor très luxueux et d'une très bonne qualité ; A 10 minutes à pieds du métro , la ligne bleue , dessert tous les points importants de la capitale ( Métro très propre et où on vous donne une place assise si vous êtes âgés...! Cet Hôtel mériterait 5 étoiles...!
