I liked the hospitality of the staff. They were very helpful and great . I would like to call the name of Jenny and Aarti/Asha who served us the dinner and breakfast during our stay. They were very helpful and pleasant
Property condition is not upto the mark to say it is 4 star hotel . Linen were just okayish . Also bathroom condition was not that great . This property needs renovation to call it as 4 star hotel .

Rooms showing in the pictures are different than the actual one , we were 3 adults and had to ask for a seperate bed , while in pictures showed and written was 1 single bed and and 1 queen bed

Wasn’t a huge fan that the staff used a cell phone to take pictures of our passports.
Room was pretty outdated and rough looking. Housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were great.

Guests’ reviews I read before booking the hotels were mixed. Nevertheless, I went ahead and booked. I was not wrong in my decision. Room service was quick and prompt. Over all, I had a pleasant stay for two days. Thank you Fairfield!
