年末年始の４泊をこちらで過ごしました。 空港からの送迎を頼んでおきましたが、到着が遅れたにも関わらず、空港出口の一番目立つ 場所で笑顔で待ち構えてくれました。 部屋はツインルームでエアコン、シャワーも普通に使うことができ、とても快適にすごせました。 ホテルで働くスタッフも皆親切で、また利用させてもらいたいと思いました。

タージマハルホテルやインド門や海に近いため近くを歩くのは爽快です。 部屋もまあまあ綺麗でした。 食事については朝食は美味しかったですが、ルームサービスのメニューはインド料理以外のレパートリーが少ないと感じました。 部屋ではwifiの速度が遅かったのが残念でした（ロビーでは繋がりやすかったです）。

部屋は概ね清潔です。バスルームは日本人感覚で行くと”改良の余地アリ”ですが、インドの感覚で行くと清潔な方だと思います。朝食も種類は豊富ではありませんが、とても美味しく頂けました。インド門へは徒歩圏内です。スタッフもフレンドリーで、色々とアドバイスをくれました。オススメできるホテルだと思います。

The sea view was lovely as pictured, staff was attentive, room was spotless, and food and service was excellent. Lovely perfect to explore south Bombay. Would happily return on a future trip.

Hotel location was perfect for shopping yet just far enough away to avoid the traffic and crowds visiting the Gate. All hotel staff and doormen were friendly and polite. The restaurant staff was friendly but extremely slow in delivering a black coffee each day for breakfast. We stayed in the Thai Suite 1003 and enjoyed the views and large rooms. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom very large but lacked room to store items with only one shelf. The TVs were an issue when wanted to switch from apps to live TV. At one point we had three staff in total assisting us to reach BBC and that was the only non app channel we good get. We never bothered to call for further assistance.

Price is for the location and not much else. Food was thoroughly lacking in taste and quality, WiFi was poor the entire stay, borderline unusable. I'd say 2 nights is all you need, so you can be near Colaba district for shopping.

Broken toilet, broken sink, low hot water pressure, poorly functioning dining room staff.

Decent 3 star hotel (don’t be fooled this is not a 4 star). Great staff. Everyone else just OK.

Clean room, great breakfast , friendly staff of varying competence. Lady on the front desk is completely useless, she does not answer queries just turns and asks another staff member. Two senior waiters in the restaurant are excellent, doorman is obliging

We arrived late evening after a delayed flight only to discover the sea view suite we had booked and paid for looked over a building site and other buildings! We tried to sort things out with the front desk but were told there were no ither rooms avaliable and we had be given the room we booked! Tired and frustrated we accepted the room and went to sleep. The next day after many comersations with the hotel and Hotels.com we were moved to the Sea view suite we had booked. Such a shame to get off to a bad start as we were only there 2 nights. We were offered a complimentary dinner as compensation but the error should noy have occured in the first place. A special thanks goes to Laxman the housekeeper who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. However the aircon was noisy and struggled to keep the room cool. All restaurant staff and doormen were very friendly and professional A reasonable hotel in an OK location.

Selvom vi var tjekket ud var personalet venlige og imødekommende og hjalp os beredvilligt da en af os var blevet dårlig.

Its a very nice hotel and very safe inside.

The hotel staff are very polite and kind, and the hotel is close to the shopping street in Kalaba.

We really appreciated our stay at this hotel. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we had in our 2 weeks stay in India. Also location was great! Service excellent !

Great location, good staff and breakfast, hotel had an unusual smell, rooms were generally small and dated.

Bathrooms were smelly dirty and room floors were filthy. Smell came into the room from the toilet Rooms are extremely small and service has gone down terribly as they have all new staff

Staff was okay, not the most welcoming. Not rude, but not even smiling or happy at work.

Hotel was fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Some rooms nicer and bigger than others. Bathroom was small. Pool towels. Not a fancy area but you could walk to a lot of attractions. Bestvto download google maps as area is confusing.
