Not a 5 star property old staff good though

We stayed here during a 2-day visit to Mysuru. The hotel was centrally located to the main attractions. The property was well-maintained and had lots of amenities such as restaurant and spa within the premises. We had booked the garden suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed are stay here. The greatest part of our stay was the attitude of the staff. Friendly,helpful, cheerful and great service .....Front Desk ,Restaurant, Housekeeping all were very,very nice. Definitely recommend to all my family and friends ! Kudos to the management !! Food was tasty ,the rooms clean ......what more does one want in a holiday !!!!!!!!!

The staff at both front desk and at all levels were super polite. Dinner buffet and morning breakfast had a good spread. Overall a comfortable overnight stay at this hotel

I enjoyed the stay

Breakfast was not served in restaurant as shown in Expedia pictures. They arranged breakfast in a convention hall which was not clean or hygienic. Coffee and Tea were cold at room temperature. Only two waiters were standing stalemate without helping the guests or checking the food. Bad experience with the restaurant.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Would definitely recommends

The overall ambience and amenities were not really ITC quality. The room was musty and dated, the breakfast was average, the front desk person I encountered seemed practically unfriendly, let alone welcoming. We left a pair of earplugs behind and I called within a few hours of checking out. But they couldn't find it. Never had such an experience at any ITC property before.

Overall stay was OK. For the price, accommodation was inadequate. The room says occupancy is for 4, but only one bed provided, upon request additional folding bed was provided, which is very basic, not up to mark, for the price charged. Another annoying thing is, only one room key card provided, lift operates only with key card. They said no second key would be provided, which is strange and annoying. Facility inside is OK, but on out side (my room window side) faces a horse dump. Room floors are squeaky, looks like wood expanded due to moisture exposure. Who ever designed door for water closet probably thinking, most people waste size is less than 20 inches, because the clearance between sink and door is at most is 18 inches. Staff is courteous and pleasant, except in the break fast area, where they provided zero service, except greeting. Overall below average value for the Mysore location for the price charged.

Indigo Flights gots cancelled and we were not able to checkin or stay in Mysuru. We could not reach the hotel by phone or by chat. I will be pleased to get a full refund
