The ACs are leaking and those not leaking then their cooling is like its 16°C is actually like 27°C cooling please

I liked the staff. I did not like the rooms

Reception staff were friendly and check in was quick. Rooms were totally disappointing. Amenities were old and run down. Bothroom floor was badly painted but spilling. Will not recomend for the price and quality.

The location was good. The planning was good. The maintenance was not good. Inadequate service staff. Food choice was limited.

It was a nice stay at Ginger Hotel

Hotel in good location,service is good and staff are well behaved

It was just ok. we asked for non smoking rooms but they first gave us smoking and after that we have to change rooms. Lot of time wasted because of that. Towels were not clean, had smell and had to change! This was not typical Ginger. They usually have quality but this was not that well trained staff i think.

Its most expensive and terrible hotel I ever stayed.

Just O.K....small town hotel...ok for a nights sleep. Not comfort

Beyond expectation and exceptional services. Could not ask for more for my bucks comparing my world wide travel experiences. Barnali of reception desk went out of her way to help us and made our stay comfortable. Will stay again, when we are at Agartala next, but unfortunately my email to hotel manager remained without response.

I've been to a number of budget hotel chains around the world of this same level and this would sit slightly below average. I rated it an overall 3.0 but it really deserves a 2.5. The staff were great but the rooms could do with better maintenance. The first room I stayed in was poor, but the second was ok, so it was inconsistent. That said, after also staying in the Hotel Somraj in the city centre, I would probably rank this as the best hotel in Agartala - perhaps even Tripura State. As an added bonus, there is a Coffee Day just behind the hotel.

Will stay again if I visit Agartala. Quality of food is excellent including breakfast. There are too many choices for food. Staff members are friendly.and helpful. Centrally located with easy commuting for all places.
